My stepmom wanted to come here after meeting a couple who had visited and were raving about their food and especially their clam chowder. It's a cute little place. Their chowder was very good. I always liked the fish sandwhiches but since management has changed I've had 3 fish sandwiches. One was very good and 2 where not. Both were mushy and didn't taste right (not spoiled though). Almost like it is an inferior product. I would like to know what fish they use and where it comes from? I'll be back though and try one more before I make up my mind completely. read more

The day we went , the server/bartender was like a whirling dervish, she was able to deliver great service while being everywhere in the room . The only glitch was my medium burger wound up being well done when It arrived at our table, but I have to add. we were so hungry it didn't matter. Today, based on a rave review, I decided to try the fish and chips . I regret to report that it was one of the worst I have ever had. The fish had no seasoning. The batter was undercooked, wet and soggy. The fries were cold. I do give credit to the Cole slaw which was quite tasty! Definitely was not worth $16.00. read more

Really wanted it to be good because of the location but the food is below average and the service is really slow. The waitress works hard bud they only employ one person to work all the tables and the bar. Tried it a few times and a few dishes have been ok but several have been pretty bad. This pub is xenophobic to me. It is Clichish & In my opinion the staff is very self absorbed and rude. I have ordered from here multiple times and became ill like violently ill. The owners are sketchy and appear to me to be purposefully unfriendly to people like me. Smithwick´s on tap is a great start. The owners are friendly. and the food is good, plentiful, and affordable. I usually get the NE clam chowder, and the cabbage wrap app which you eat like you would eat an eggroll--dip it in the spicy mustard first. I have had the fish and chips, and it is delicious and not greasily fried, but the portion is much too much food for me. He always has wings, extra crispy, garlic parm, and he always gobbles them up. Nice place to hang out and chat and watch what sports are on the tvs above the bar. read more

My 2nd time here. Great meal as usual. My Hubby's 1st visit. We will be visiting this pub frequently. I had corned beef with all the fixins & Hubby had fish & chips. We also had draft beer & dessert (which we never have). All was good. Love the atmosphere. No smoking, and can carry on a conversation with other patrons without having to scream over music like you do at the Inlet restaurants. Family restaurant & mostly mature patrons. Couldn't ask for a better bartender/waitress. Ignore any bad reviews here, the childish crowd prefers other places to act a fool at. One of the cleanest restaurants in Sebastian. JJ's is worth a try for sure. I don't drink beer/wine and that's all they have (no liquor license), but the selection seems good (fiancé always happy). The food is good and the guy who is the bartender/owner is really nice and friendly! The wings are great, I always ask for crispy on my wings and burgers are good! I genuinely disagree with the review that said that the owner doesn't care and food has gone down. It must have just been an off day because the owner knows the importance of caring for customers when you are in a town with a lot of food competition. (I do not know him personally, can't even remember his name, but have had a few chats when in there and that's what I have gathered from him). Give JJ's a try! It's definitely worth it!! read more

This place has great burgers, lots of TV's, friendly people working. The whole body clams are too spicy for my taste, it's bar food so they may be compensating for drinkers loss of taste buds, most beer drinkers I know like spicy food so I'm not surprised.
