I walked…read moredirectly up to the cashier, who looked right past me without saying a word and then walked away toward the pickup area, where another employee was standing. That employee also completely ignored me, despite the fact that I was clearly standing there waiting to be helped. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order for someone else, but based on the way I was treated, I can guarantee you I will not be choosing to spend my own money at this establishment. I ultimately had to ask another customer who was standing in line if they knew where to pick up a DoorDash order. The entire experience was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or, at the very least, "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made a huge difference.

Came here to get a breakfast pastry while in the area. Brecotea is a Korean inspired bakery that…read morealso has hot and cold beverages, breads, cakes, and savory sandwiches as well. The ambiance was clean and orderly. Upon entering, you grab a serving tray lined with parchment and some tongs. The items are in a glass enclosed display that you have to open and place your selections on your tray for purchase. I settled on the pistachio cream filled pecan pastry, the almond twist, and strawberry shortcake. The beverage menu was extensive: matcha, flavored teas, cocoa, espresso/coffee, and more. We were greeted by pleasant staff at checkout and our orders placed in a parchment type bag for take out. They also have seating inside. The pastries were just sweet enough without being overly sweet, which I like. The pistachio cream was a perfect compliment to the pecan encrusted pastry. The almond twist was both flaky and crunchy with the sliced almonds on top, and the strawberry shortcake had layers of real strawberries, whipped topping and yellow cake that was moist. All were fresh. All in all, a great place to stop by for a morning pastry treat and tea/coffee while in the area,

I made the 25-minute drive, and it was 100% worth it. I built my own with vanilla crème frosting, fresh raspberries, and Oreo crumbles. It came out warm, soft, and perfectly ooey gooey. Then I took it out back, found a seat overlooking the fountain, and just enjoyed the moment. It honestly felt a little magical. I fully intended to have some self-control and save half for the next day... That plan lasted about three bites. I ate the whole thing right there. Zero regrets. They also have a bunch of other sweet treats if cinnamon rolls aren't your thing. The employees were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The whole experience felt like a warm hug. The best part? I found out afterward that Cinnaholic is actually a chain, which means I have one near home too. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back.

Instead, I got a very dry bun with so much icing on top and some fruits. I guess the icing is to make up for the dryness? But it doesn't work. The icing itself tastes very weird, leaves a bad aftertaste long after you're done eating. I understand it is vegan so they must use a butter substitute, maybe that's it. Service wasn't the greatest either, being friendly and fake are totally different and people can detect that. The place itself is clean, but someone went in the restroom and blew it up while we were there and the smell came out strong. Wouldn't waste my money here again.
