Since it is near where I live I think I'll go there in the future to buy items related to our cars. A couple of days I needed to buy some engine oil ( I thought). When I walked into the store a nice employee, his name is Al greeted me and asked me if he could help me. I told him what I needed and after a few questions and some of my obvious confused answer offered me to check my oil for me. He told Mei don't even need oil. I was so impressed that he was so honest to me. Something like this makes a huge impact on me as a customer. Then I pointed out that I was supposed to also fill up the coolant. And pointed to the wrong cap. I am so glad he was there. That would have been a disaster if he wouldn't have shown me where the coolant goes in. Then we went back into the store and I bought the coolant and a funnel. I also signed up and got a 20% coupon. That saved me 20% off. I have to repeat myself. This store has such a wonder team.
