Came here based on other Yelpie recommendations!!! This place was super neat and allows for many photo opportunities and just a fun day! The bonus is its FREE so you definitely can't beat that! There's a maze, horseshoe rings, and corn hole toss and a restaurant that smells delicious! The ladies that work in the restaurant gave me a bit of history and were very pleasant and helpful! HBO and AMC the Walking Dead have filmed at this location so that was pretty neat! Definitely worth a visit! Plenty of parking! Wear walking shoes and bring water!!

It's fun and actually is used as a movie set sometimes. Food and drinks at reasonable priced

Highlighting this hidden gem for their bar! If you're super into western sets and spooky vibes, this ghost town is pretty cool to explore. Not my kind of thing because it's just different set ups and no interactions, but it was free to walk around. What stood out for me was their bar and restaurant though! I didn't get a chance to try the food but they had a great casual menu. Lots of burger options! Everything was reasonably priced too- compared to everyday prices around Austin. And the bar itself was just a different vibe, and great spot to take some friends or family out to for an afternoon. It's def an added option for a small town like Manor.

Awesome recreation of ghost town, venue available for events and weddings, they do have saloon where you will be able to have refreshments or food!

This very unique establishment is located 1 mile from Highway 290 and is located next to the railroad tracks. There's definitely a lot to see around this place as all the photos depict. They are open Saturday and Sunday. There's no entrance fee to explore around the grounds. They definitely make some very good burgers. I would suggest the quarter or half pound burgers unless you're really famished and want a challenge. The beef patties had that fresh not frozen taste although the fries were pretty average but decent nonetheless. They do offer some canned craft beers and East ciders along with soft drinks. You can sit down in one of several different buildings and enjoy your meal. A great place to bring your kids to go exploring. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. If you're anywhere near Elgin or Austin this should be on your must visit list.

We visited this ghost town in Manor on Saturday and it was amazing!! It's free to go and walk around, they sell food and alcohol and have free movies at night on the weekends. I definitely recommend it! Everyone said the food was amazing (and super cheap). One of the workers came over to us and gave us a history of the place and which TV shows filmed there. They have a maze and lots to do for kids or adults. You can rent a pavilion for parties or part or all of the property. My one suggestion to the business is to offer a gluten free vegan food option. The veggie burger isn't gluten free :( maybe offer something like fried Brussel sprouts, Buffalo cauliflower, a fruit salad, or Beyond Meat burgers (although they are a bit pricey but vegetarians would pay!), also maybe a gluten-free bun option. Lots of people are gluten-free & vegan so this food option is great for restaurants to offer.

I had the unique experience of having seen the first drawings of this town that was once only in the imagination of the owner, builder and "Mayor." This is truly a unique place and worth a visit or twenty. The town continues to grow and is certainly an interesting property! One can go and enjoy some food, horseshoes, a maze or even the outdoor theater. I would check their website or Facebook page for events. The town has been used in television, major motion pictures and numerous wedding photos as well as weddings! They regularly have music and dancing, and they always have the space for one's imagination to be on overdrive!! It is a sure thing that if you do go, you'll get to meet the "Mayor!"

My friends and I stumbled upon this place and truly enjoyed ourselves. We saw the sign from the road and we're intrigued so we decided to follow it. We found this place and loved the vibe, like an old western movie set. We learned it was free to enter and wandered through all the buildings and took ALL the pictures. We ended our time at the restaurant for a damn tasty burger and a soda, it was good times. 10\10

This place is adorable for a fall or spring visit. It's set up like an abandoned ghost town with old buildings. The eatery and bar are technically inside but it's more like an open barn concept. Very clean. Cold drinks and excellent hamburgers. I recommend the cheeseburger add onions and jalapeños with tots, delicious! Restrooms are in an enclosed and cooled facility. There's a maze, horseshoe pits, and corn hole boards. It would be great for a group. Everything is outdoors and it's only opened Saturday & Sunday, so I don't recommend going in the heat of summer or during the week. The accept cards and offer alcoholic options. So many photo opps! Try it out at least once, then come again for the burgers and cold beer!

Food was great, ambience was great. Bad thing was that food was sold out around 5pm. Family friendly

Things have changed a bit since we were last here - mainly COVID protocols which we expected. Also "The Walking Dead" show built a huge building which is like an old time dance hall. I'll add new photos. They still serve cold beer and delicious burgers and everything is outside dining wise. We need to make this place a more usual destination.

This place is so cute & the staff is incredibly friendly!! I've driven by it several times and finally decided to check it out on a Sunday afternoon. They sell food & drinks at reasonable prices. There were 4 of us and we were all able to eat/drink for under $20. The women who work there are super sweet. They even have live music for a few hours on the weekends. It's not a true ghost town, and other than eating, listening to music, and walking around, there's not much to do. But the upside is you don't even have to pay to get in. It's a nice, chill place where you can drink, listen to music, and enjoy good company on a weekend afternoon.

We watched the YouTube story of this place before visiting, and it did not disappoint. What the owner accomplished is very impressive. Had a great burger and tots as well. We will definitely be back soon.
