After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. In addition, the screen would no longer read Mt fingerprint. I re-added it to the phone. It worked for a few minutes, then working again. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. The 2nd time they repaired the screen, 2 days later the phone started glitch then went black. I returned to the store and they would not issue a refund.
