Do NOT use this service for phone repair. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen. They ordered a new screen which was put on a week later. After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. In addition, the screen would no longer read Mt fingerprint. I re-added it to the phone. It worked for a few minutes, then working again. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. The 2nd time they repaired the screen, 2 days later the phone started glitch then went black. I returned to the store and they would not issue a refund. I di not recommend this business as they are not customer friendly nor do stand behind their products or services. UBreakfix is cheaper and has a 1 year warranty. read more

I brought in my younger brother's iPhone for repairs. Both front and back screens were cracked, and the screen had a burned mark from being too close to a candle. All was fixed for $190. Other places were charging $250-300. The owner left it as good as new! I definitely recommend it! read more

My service advisor was Abdul and he was pretty accurate with his diagnostic and explained the entire repair process to me in details that I could understand. Upon completion, Abdul called me and notified me the tablet was ready for pickup. I did prepay a deposit as can be expected and their service does come with a warranty of 30 days. read more

Both iPhone screens I had fixed at this place cracked within a few days. I went the first time after my iPhone 6 plus screen cracked. They charged me $70 and within a week it was cracked again. However, I did not have a case on and I thought maybe it was my fault. I went back again yesterday, had the same phone replaced and today, there is another hairline crack! I did not drop the phone. I told the guy at the counter about my issues with the first and he said nothing and just charged me the regular $70. They don't care. Go to Apple and pay more but know that they will give you a screen that lasts as long as you don't drop it. These people give you terrible screens probably from China that won't last! She told me the price and how long it would take ($89 & 20-35 minutes) and then said they'll call me when it's ready. Only thing is though.. she forgot to call. Had the worst customer service experience ever! The employee was outright rude and unprofessional. He asked for the password to unlock my phone, when I declined and offered to insert my own password, he rolled his eyes and huffed under his breath. I was taken back because I couldn't understand why he would be upset. When I proceeded to explain how his reaction was unprofessional, he then asked, "do you expect me to smile at you like a clown"? I was appalled and walked away laughing. I couldn't believe what I had just heard and experienced. The entire experience was awful. From the moment I walked up to the counter and "interrupted" the employee from eating lunch, to the moment I left. Worst experience with getting phone repairs!!!! The representative told me that the water damage on my phone would take 2 days to repair. I waited 2 weeks with no response from them. I contacted them to find out the status of my phone for them to tell me it's nothing they can do with it.. I said ok I will come pick up the phone they told me it would be 2 days before I could come pick it up. When I came to pick it up the representative had an attitude and was very rude I asked her about repair on another phone and she was still extremely rude. The female representative told me that she had work to do and I can either get my phone fixed or leave. I explained to her that I had received poor service with the 1st phone and wanted to make sure that it didn't happen again and she proceeded to be rude!! Don't go there!!!! read more

The owner reached out and split the cost of the service with me. That said, I had to buy a new phone. The "repair" on the 3 month old iPhone lead to the misaligned proximity sensor, and a misaligned home button that slowly got worse. Tried to take it back to get them repaired at the same shop, and they took a shot at it, but neither got fixed. Cost me a new phone to replace the 3 month old phone I took in for service. They certainly tried their best to fix it, but I'm still the one buying a new iPhone to replace the one that got busted. read more

I went in to ask if they can repair my Itouch. The screen was broke and my charging jack wasn't working I thought I needed a new charging port. My iPhone 5S screen was shattered when I dropped it so I tried to get it fixed the same day since it's my only working phone. I called around and no one had the 5S screen in stock so I ended up with my cellphone repairs. It took about 30 minutes to get the screen replaced but when I got it back I noticed it was much dimmer than old phone. It definitely is not an OEM screen. Also, whenever I answer a call my face pushes a button on the screen, either mute or a long number button press.....very annoying. I will never try to do this again. I went to get my screen fixed and then I come back to neither of my cameras working anymore I feel like I was robbed because I then paid 60$ only for my cameras no longer being able to work and it really frustrates me at the end of the day don't go here they only want your money and will try to up sell you as much as possible. read more

they wwere terrible they overcharged me just to fix a simple hair line crack in my screen for 200$ then i later found out that i could have just called my insurance and ordered a brand new one for 150. the first time they fixed it they put the cords back wrong and i had to take it back the second time during the first repair they damaged my mother board i called them to tell them i wanted a refund since they could not fix the problemi was told i could come in and get a refund they would just charge a 20$ restock fee but when i camein they told me that wasnt allowed and they dont know who said it. basically they are a terrible repair place that overcharges ppl who dont know any better. anyone considering going these ppl consult your service provider first and evaluate all your options and even if they are the last resort i still wouldnt go to them. read more
