I arrived about 10 minutes before and was greeted and asked if I wanted tea, coffee, or water. Picked my color, sat in the chair, and started the pedicure. At first I thought the leg massage was a bit short but oh no, the leg massage came AFTER the polish was applied. The massage was likely the best I have ever received with a pedicure and doing it after gave the polish time to dry. What a great idea! (I've never had that happen before). Small family-run business with three pedicure and two manicure stations. Clean and bright, even on a dreary, rainy day. My salon at home advised me to stay away from salons that use the plastic bags so I was happy to see they were not used here. I didn't ask ahead of time what the price was and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was $40, less than I pay at home. There was no upsell pressure, just one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Easy five plus stars!

Pricing was affordable which makes me feel comfortable going more often as nail prices and everything has gone up tremendous! This is a smaller salon, I saw maybe 3/4 pedicure stations and 3/4 nail stations so I am not sure of how busy they get but I was thankful to be able to walk in that day!

I'm a simple gal, solid color, occasional sparkle accent. The price is great, service and quality equally great. I typically do short almond/rounded shape, and have him go shorter if I'm going out of town. I definitely have my go-to colors. Variety of pictures attached. :)

My nails are not even that impressive. But anyhow, my friend wanted me to go with her so I said "sure!, what the heck". I'll point out that for some reason I was not able to check into this nail salon and although I was inside the salon it said I was too far away to check in. I tried checking in from the parking lot to see if that would work and I just had no luck with that either. The salon itself was a decent size and lots of tables and stations for a pedicure. It is very neat and the staff is friendly. My friend and I went in as walk-ins and were pleased that we were able to be attended almost immediately. I went for a manicure. One thing I really liked is that the tables are side by side so it made talking with my friend a lot easier and we were both able to get our nails done at the same time. There were TV's playing "Vampire Diaries" so I guess you can be amused if you like that show :-) I chose to get Shellac polish which is like getting gel nails except as a manicure and supposedly this particular polish stays on longer than regular nail polish. The downside I see to this is that you have to stick your hands in a UV ray machine so that it can settle and dry. I would rate this 3 and a half stars if I could. Honestly the lack of stars is mostly due to the price. Overall this cost me $35 before tip and I while I liked the color and overall experience, it looked like something I could do myself, at home. In the lower 48 I've seen Shellac for $25 and with much neater results. I'll still return to this place and maybe try something different next time. In the mean time, this is 3 1/2 stars mostly due to quality and price.

The washer and dryer were going and I watched staff do laundry. While trying to relax, all I could hear was staff doing chores and the toilet flushing. They gave me my money back, which was great. We booked a couple weeks in advance and ended up going on Sunday, rather than Saturday, like we wanted. Oddly enough, they're closed on Saturday. We arrived early for our appointments and were quickly greeted, given forms and asked to use slippers. Within a few minutes, I was taken in for my massage and my friend to her facial. The rooms are lovely, and the spa itself is quite small. Fully functional and they're making great use of the space, but definitely small. My massage was awesome... deep tissue, which is my preference! She worked some magic indeed! When doing more than one treatment, you change into a robe. They have a lidded basket for your belongings and it's taken to your next room with you. I relaxed in one of the pedicure chairs drinking cucumber water while I waited for my facial. Rooms were changed out quickly and the aesthetician took me into her room. She did a great job, however was a little heavy handed a couple times and really spoke too quickly in the beginning, coming across as extremely rushed. As a medical aesthetician myself, it seemed a bit odd, since it didn't come across as calming, which is generally a goal. I kept my credentials to myself, because I personally like to see how services are provided and preformed when they don't know. When all was said and done, I was quite relaxed and we were both very happy with the experience overall. So much more than the local spa we went to last year... to the point that my friend didn't even remember where we went. I guess you know it's less than mediocre when you've blocked it from your memory. As I sat in the entry putting on my shoes, we wondered what they do with the slippers, hoping they're not put on the rack for someone else to wear... moments later a gal comes out with antibacterial wipes, wipes them clean and puts them away. Nice to know! We both agreed, we will definitely be back!
