They indicated they had time and off to work they went and I went to their very nice waiting room. The young man that waited on me, was super friendly and very helpful. At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

There is a saying it's not what you say its how you say it.. It was a first time using my auto care here. I came here on…read moreMonday and tried to see whether they have tire size for my car but I found that they don't have it so I ordered them online and came here for installation on Thursday. Installation cost was $15 per tire (although a guy told me $12 per tire on Monday) for whatever procedures they have to take. And disposal tires fee for $2-3 each. It took about 1 hrs plus 15 mins also. Yeah took while but I was satisfied for the service so I'll be back for the tire rotations in 7.5K miles later! Cheers

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!…read more Hate to leave this review because I honestly liked the guy and I respected his hustle being a one man team but I regret coming to him..... not only did he chip all of my chrome rims but he didn't put any of my pressure caps back on and he never gave me my lug nut key back after driving my truck non of my tire pressures matched some of them were 34 psi and other 45psi which caused my truck to shake while driving. I gave him a call at 4:20 since his shop closes at 5pm and it went straight to voicemail or would ring a couple times and not answer drove to his shop just to see he closed early. Now I'm having to pay discount tire $200 to get my lug nuts off since I couldn't get my key lock back and also having to pay to get my tires balanced which he should've done to begin with and this dosent include the lost on my chipped rims! Great price but bad quality you get what you paid for.

So next day, I was calling multiple places to see whether they have my tire size (175/70R13). It's an old one but some still do drive with that size! Anyways, majority of auto places didn't have but they can make it happen next day but costing a lot for one tire. But fortunately, I found this tire shop near my working location. I called them up and the kind staff, Mar. Pablo gave me all answers to my questions. They have one tire luckily available so I went and got my tire changed! The price was good and work was done quickly! I love it and I'll be back once I have an issue with my tire! Where do I begin, Cinco Tire and Automotive is amazing for so many reasons I couldn't list them in…read morethis review but I would like to share my initial experience. Outlining the knowledge and experience this shop processes. First and foremost the customer service I receive from Tony and the entire staff at Cinco Tire and Automotive each time I return is exemplary. My first experience with this shop started from word of mouth by an automotive technician who mentioned rates and services performed at Cinco Tire on many occasions to me at my job. Eventually I reached out to them for help and they were right there for me. I originally thought I had a stuck thermostat but they quickly discovered my problem. Not only was Tony able to work a fantastic price, but I could sense he really cared about my circumstances; going above and beyond with service and leading me the right way on repairing my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which unknown to me at the time had a blown head gasket due to a manufacture defect in the casting of my engine block which had broken away from one of the through bolts holding the driver-side portion of my head gasket. Through intensive diagnostics and experienced technicians they found the flaw in a very short time and rushed for my parts and Tony even planed a rental car for me and my daughters school function. They also had my vehicle towed to specialists on a flatbed truck that could correct the bolt issue by means of a coil insert to the faulty casting. After the completion of this in depth repair Tony recommended I file a claim with Chrysler I did have a current extended warranty and eventually had Jeep Chrysler reimburse me for all charges and fees But it doesn't stop there, this shop is a FULL service shop with skilled techs that perform everything I could ask for including regular maintenance like a synthetic oil change .I feel rest assured it's performed correctly and they beat anyone's price in Katy, TX and always honor coupons by Goodyear and their own as well. Cinco Tire and Automotive has made a believer out of me that not all garages are alike. And I will remain a loyal customer for life with Cinco Tire and Automotive.

I have spent over $4k over several months for the same unresolved issue. First, they misdiagnosed it as a bad throttle body. Then later admitted it never need one. Next, they claimed it was the PCV valve, which they had already replaced two years prior. When that didn't resolve the problem, they said I needed a new water pump and hoses, which failed to resolve the issue. Finally, they told me I needed a $4500 head gasket repair. At that, point, I sought a second opinion at the dealership. Only to learn the problem stemmed from the previous work, which had not be done properly. I am a teacher who cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for "guesswork." Despite multiple chances, the shop has not offered any refund or attempt to make this right with me. At this point, based on the actions (or lack there of) of this shop, I no longer believe this is a case of gross incompetence. I believe it was done with intentional deceit and I can't with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
