They had a wide and varied selection of art pieces. They ranged in price, but after searching through the gallery we found the perfect piece to finish our room. Martin helped us with the sale. We went back the next week and worked with Martin to select the frame. He was very patient as he showed us the different frame options. We brought a paint chip to show our living room color and he provided his professional opinion on the best choice. The outside edges of the painting are dark so he recommended a white linen border to make the picture pop. My husband picked it up and we are SO happy with the final result. It looks gorgeous and it is the perfect piece to finish our living room. I went with my sister and despite being empty, no one greeted us and they couldn't be bothered to even lift their heads to look at us. Store is dirty with tons of scratches all over the counter tops. The lady who helped us was unbelievably rude. She gave short yes or no answers and cut me off whenever I spoke. I was looking at rings and she simply threw the ring tray on the counter and said "here's your size." As I looked she picked and chewed her nails and looked bored out of her mind. During checkout she couldn't figure out the exchange, so the manager got involved. Whenever I answered her questions she would rudely shout "NO" as if I had no idea what I was talking about and like I was wrong about everything. Once I got my rings, she simply shoved the rings in their boxes into my hands and sent me off on my way, and didn't even offer or ask if I needed a bag.

I read the other reviews for this Pandora location, which are all negative and that is also, a shame. First of all there's a review on here that states the person went in for "a color job." I'm sorry, what? What is that? Perhaps they meant to review a salon and clearly posted their negative review on the WRONG page -Yelp should delete that. It also mentions something about the person's race, to which I feel it is worth replying, in the CORRECT store to be reviewed here which is Pandora Jewelers, there are several bi-lingual employees working there who are equipped to assist the demographic demands of the languages other than English which are most spoken in the area. As for the other negative comments I think we can all agree, you will almost always have that one rude staff member in any given retail store -you know the one that makes everyone constantly wonder how they haven't been fired yet. I have been to this location several times and I am always greeted upon entering, even if it's a quick "Hi how are you?" from a sales associate who doesn't necessarily wait for a reply because they are BUSY assisting someone else but still wanted to acknowledge my presence. I think some consumers need to be consciences of the fact that they are not the only ones in the room and some stores just aren't staffed with enough man power to make you feel like you are. That's reality, and that's life. Someone else posted about the staff not being able to accept a return of a Pandora product purchased outside of the store and that they should have taken the merchandise back because "Pandora is Pandora," to which I would like to educate everyone to the fact that, that is not correct. Actually, even the Pandora stores themselves are "bunched together" if you will. And something that I purchased at the Pandora store in the Walt Whitman mall in Huntington was not able to be returned at the Pandora in Bay Shore. These are corporate rules and the locations are not related to one another. I'm sure if they wouldn't accept that return, they wouldn't be able to take a Pandora item purchased elsewhere for example another jewelry store. Many retailers have the same policy -Michael Kors, Coach, etc. If you buy these products in Macy's, they must be returned in Macy's not Bloomingdales. I can't even believe that I wrote such a long winded review here, but I work in two industries where customer satisfaction surveys are taken very seriously. Initially I came here just to complement the staff and the store, but when I saw all the negativity -particularly the review posted about another place entirely, I couldn't help it.

The quality of their work is extremely poor, and it's clear that you get what you pay for. Almost every item I ordered was messed up in some way. What's even worse is the attitude the owner had towards me. She was so rude. It felt like I was a huge inconvenience to her. I spent a significant amount of money and waited a long time for my items, only to have issues with each one as they arrived. My blanket was printed with a blurry image, my photo pillow was missing pictures, the stickers on the personalized water bottles were crooked, the paint colors I chose for my daughter's chair were completely different from what was shown to me. It was like pulling teeth to get the owner to fix these issues, and she never once apologized. It was a never-ending nightmare!! I don't understand how this business stays afloat with such poor operations. Eventually, I gave up and went to another store to buy a new blanket and replace many of the items I had purchased. I had to redo the caboodle myself because the stickers were peeling off and the ink from their homemade stickers smudged all over my hands and the pictures. Everything they produce is of very low quality, and the owner should be ashamed of how she treats her customers when there is an issue.

When you…read morespend a lot of money because they convince you that you're investing in something that is an original work of art that will be a family heirloom for your daughter to pass down to her children, but it starts to fall apart in less than 3 years, they yell at you for being ridiculous for bringing it in to address the issue because it was purchased "so long ago," and make up lies about being different owners than the ones who sold it to you (as if that's relevant in any case). Even if they had agreed to address it, I would never go there again because of the cruel and inhuman way the staff spoke to me, when I was smiling politely and had quietly waited for them to finish with other customers before trying to speak to them. Their yelling and ridicule started before I had said three sentences total.

We bought our deck furniture here, but when we replaced that first umbrella, went with an inexpensive one from the internet. This time, we wanted to go back to the collar controlled tilt feature, so we headed to Fortunoff. It was an early Labor Day deal, and we left happy! A $599 umbrella (that IS a bit silly) was on sale for $199. While that's about double the cheap ones on the net... this one is built better and had the features we wanted. Our sales guy Bill was very helpful, with no pressure. We wanted to bring home the umbrella that day, so he told us what was in stock... and we chose a dark tan model that fit out furniture and chair pads. The holiday sales take the sting out of the regular prices. Wait for them and you'll be rewarded!
