They work in MN, they should be prepared for this kind of weather! So they refused to fix it. They told me they would come back on Monday to do it instead. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me they wouldn't make it on Monday and they have to do it on Tuesday. I said that they are inconveniencing me and they should be prepared for this. She said she would put me down for Monday morning and that was a lie. She ended up scheduling me for Tuesday anyway. Not a very trusting place to work with. They should have portable heaters for this time of year. Worst experience and the lady was rude.
