Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

After checking the contract, I saw that Jay's Flooring states they aren't responsible for any damage in these areas. While the carpet itself was installed fine, I won't be hiring them again. It's such a common sense upgrade in the garage, I wish we had done it sooner! It really transformed our garage into something we could be proud of. I searched all over, and epoxy bros were definitely competitive. They also answered the phone! Several other companies I tried calling didn't answer their phones, and/or didn't return my phone calls. They also wrapped my only two garage storage pieces that could not fit elsewhere with plastic. Above and beyond. Also, one thing that sets epoxy bros from others...they use full coverage chips. We selected the greyed oak. It had blue, black, grey and brown. Although brighter than our exposed aggregate concrete driveway, it definitely looks amazing next to it because of the similar colors.
