Well I went in to purchase my membership and was greeted by a young lady, I said "I'd like to get an unlimited monthly membership for the VERSASPA." She looked at me perplexed and said just said "ok? Do you know what option you want?" I stated I didn't realize there was more than one option and if she could let me know what they were. Unfortunately she could not tell me any spray tan offers, she did however find a paper that she "thought" was maybe the spray tanning prices tho she could not be completely sure. She offered to call someone to ask if I wanted her to... it just honestly seemed like she didn't want to help me so I got the heck out of there. Which sucks cause it is so close to my home. However, the male technician started peeling off my gel polish using cuticle clippers and ended up cutting me badly. He then commented that my nails were thin, despite having just moments earlier referred to them as "strong toenails" when I suggested using a fake nail to fix the issue. He practically blamed me for the situation and said I would have to pay extra for any corrections! I was so frustrated that I almost refused to pay. After the technician finished, I asked her to fix some of the overpainting, but she didn't make any adjustments. Instead, she began speaking in her language with her coworkers. I feel that if I'm paying over $60 for my nails, I deserve to be satisfied with the outcome.
