I took my grandson here today for cupcakes. If this review was only about the cupcakes, it would be five stars for sure! They are absolutely delicious! The person who waited on us, however, was not the least bit friendly. Perhaps they were shorthanded, or something was going on in her personal life. Who knows? Lovely little cafe on the main street in Littleton. Nice menu with grilled cheeses, salads, wraps, soups, and a baked good display with cupcakes. Order at the counter and then find a seat inside or outside. House wrap with chicken was wonderful with good flavors and simple fresh ingredients. A nice handful of chips and pickle also given. Awesome, awesome grilled cheese sandwiches, and beautiful cupcakes :) My friends and I were driving home from the white mtns and hunting for a great, quick, affordable sandwich spot; nice folks at Rek'lis Brewery (more of a sit-down place) pointed us here! I had the maple bacon grilled cheese and a unicorn cupcake. It was possibly the best iteration of grilled cheese ever. The ladies working there were super nice and made us three sandwiches to order super close to closing time, on a holiday, which we greatly appreciated ! Such a gem in downtown Littleton! If you love grilled cheese and cupcakes, this place is for you. I think the better question is - who doesn't?! They have a lot of different unique flavor convos for both cupcakes and grilled cheese. All sandwiches come with a side of chips and a pickle which is a nice touch! For my ordering pleasure, I procured a cookies & cream cupcake along with not one, but two grilled cheese sandwiches. As I was awarded the cupcake first, I quickly looked it over before diving into it as Kayne West would a conspiracy theory. There was nothing flat about this cupcake, as each bite was golden and left me wondering why Oreos are considered vegan. Next my two grilled cheese sandwiches were delivered to our table. I snapped into the BLT grilled cheese first and it did not disappoint. The perfectly toasted white bread complemented the non-kosher bacon and crisped tomato and lettuce. Next it was onto the Buffalo chicken grilled cheese. Unlike the weather, which is controlled, I was unable to control my excitement when devouring this amazing grilled cheese. Each bite was more satisfying than the last as I was laser focused until the completion of this sandwich. Today they had a BOGO on cupcakes which was a great surprise when I came in to get lunch. Second off I got my food in a timely manner to go. My iced chai was fantastic and had the option of Soy milk which was awesome as well. I got the prosciutto grilled cheese and a small dipper of the loaded potato soup which my only regret is not getting a cup of this soup. It is hands down the best loaded potato soup I have EVER had. I didn't get to dig in to my sandwich right away since I had a small drive home but even "cold" (it wasn't cold) it's still fantastic and I will forever be a loyal customer to this place. The staff is also very amazing as well. And while the cupcakes look like it's loaded with heavy frosting it is a very very light and airy mix and is a perfect topper. I also enjoy the little shot on top of the cupcake. So cute I just wish my job hours matched better with their hours so I could come get dinner here for the family at night. But 10/10 all the stars read more
