If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for a $25 order and had to wait in the parking lot. Restaurant was not busy and multiple people were waiting. The lady next to us left without our food, we went in to try and get a refund and they told us we had to come back later for a refund and then walked away from the counter to hide in the back. We don't even live in this state and we're just passing through, so I had to file a chargeback with my bank. Typical fast food fare at this Jack in the Box. It is very conveniently located just off I-80 in Truckee. Jumping on & off while driving through is quick and easy. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room, but at least it was clean. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she thanked me as if it surprised her.
