Both of our lunches were hot, fresh and tasty, and we didn't have to wait too long for it. All the people working there were nice and professional. Restrooms were clean (old, but clean). The dining area was bright and clean, too. This place definitely deserves better than two stars. read more

Extremely slow & rude staff. Drive through had 3 cars ahead of me. I wait 10 minutes at the mic & finally ask if they're still there. They get rude & angry so I leave, no way I'm trusting these slimes to make my food, I'd probably still be waiting in line if I did. After being on the road for 9 hours for a road trip to AZ we finally stopped for food. We pulled into the parking lot and tried to open the door at 9pm and it was locked. The signage said 10 but for some reason they were closed. Being that we were on the road, we had no where to sit if we went through the drive through. It's 11pm. The sign on the door said the dining room was 24 hours. I opened the door and walked in, the lady told me "it's drive through only" I explained to her that my truck wouldn't fit in the drive through and told her the sign on the door said it was 24 hours. We stepped in at 10:30 pm since it's one of the only fast food places that is open late. The side doors closest to the parking lot were already closed and so we had to walk to the front doors. There were about three other customers in front of us and a ton of other people waiting for their food. We ended up ordering a munchie box for $6 and a chicken sourdough meal. Our food took forever to come out. We waited about 15 minutes. They were out of ketchup in the ketchup dispenser and so they gave us about 20 packets of ketchup. The bathrooms are clean though and so is the dining area. Expect to wait a while to get your food. Our curly fries were cold and soggy so they must've sat out for a while. There are a bunch of sketchy people that come in at this time of night and so it can be a little scary..... read more

My husband and I got our food to go, questionable drug addicted desert folks in the dining room, husband hates drugs & addicts, he was not having that & refused to dine there. Food was good but they forgot my shake, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it. Understaffed. Otherwise, I would of had both our food & shake sooner. FOR THE PEOPLE TOWING!!!! Arrived here this morning during the Covid era and we were towing a trailer. The sign says "drive thru, Carry out and delivery available" I arrived to the front door and it's locked. I call and the first time the phone picks up and hangs up on me. I call again and they tell me oh it's drive thru only. I explain to them I have a trailer and I can't go through the drive thru and ask if it's possible I can place my order over the phone and they can bring it to the door. The lady proceeds to tell me no and that it's drive thru only... Welp guess I'll go next door to Carl's Jr. where they will let me walk in and get my food. read more

Since this store has been remodeled it is so much better. Lots of seating inside including some outside seating. Good service. Good value. I ordered double fish sandwich combo for only $5 including fries & drink. Two drink machines with lots of choices. They delivered food to our table hot and fresh. One of the better Jacks I have been to. Not great choices to eat at in Blythe but will return here. read more

The area next to the cash register is SWARMING with flies. There were at least ~20 flying around and whether that ends up being a health issue or not, it's a huge turn off for customers. Definitely will not be back anytime soon. read more

Came here for a quick bite and break on a road trip. Bathrooms are clean. Their service is slow. We waited fifteen minutes for a fast food place. I think they're understaffed because they're all in the kitchen working quick but still putting out food slow. They can't even serve the food to the dining area even though they give you a number for the table. read more

So grateful for this patio space! I think this is the only fast food spot with patio space right off of Lovekin at the freeway. I really like that my dog, Bella, can hang out here while I use the restroom and order food. Also, I like that it's an enclosed patio too so my dog is less likely to be taken while I'm inside, God forbid. Worst Food. I got 2 Fajita sandwichs and the chicken inside it was raw & uncooked .. there was very little lettuce like nothing but pebbles. This place has one of the lowest ratings I've seen in a long time. You would think, after eight years, JIB's corporate offices would have long ago taken notice and stepped in. But not here. This is Blythe, California, a border town along a major, coast-to-coast interstate highway. Customers at such places are highly transient - meaning few, if any, are likely to return. Five years ago I was commuting between Bakersfield, CA and Phoenix, AZ. The service at this JIB was always friendly, pleasant and the place was always clean. It was a favorite stop. Then this past week I returned after three years away, and what a shock. The building was nicely remodeled, but the service, food and staff were abominable. I had a BOGOF coupon for a Jumbo Jack. Having never had one of these, I asked what they come with and was told tomatoes and sliced, fresh onions, among other items. I ordered two and paid for them with cash and my coupon. When they were delivered I inspected them only to discover the tomatoes and onions were missing. The girl inspected them and then said, "We're out of tomatoes and onions." When I asked why she didn't tell me that before I ordered, she shrugged it off and said "Well, most people don't care." Then a tall, unwashed, unshaven moron about 30 came over and demanded to know what was going on. When I explained it to him, he interrupted me, grabbed the bag and sandwiches and threw them in the trash. I asked him why he couldn't just say, "I'm sorry, but we're out of tomatoes and onions. Can I substitute something else, or give you a credit for your next visit?" instead of taking my money and saying nothing. He then told the girl to refund my money for the two burgers. He watched her like she was a thief on parole, but as soon as the money went into my pocket, he hollered that he overpaid me for two sandwiches, when I only paid for one. I reminded him one was for a coupon, which he, obviously, had no intention of returning, and for which I took a survey to earn the free sandwich. I observed this same idiot in the parking lot earlier making what appeared to be a drug transaction toward the rear of the restaurant as I pulled in. This was a nice place before it got remodeled. I would give this ZERO stars! It was late night around 10pm on a Saturday night. After waiting 30 mins for my food through the DRIVE THRU I noticed they forgot a item in my order. I didn't want to wait in the drive through with 10+ cars in line so I decided to try to go inside. All the doors were lock so I was trying to explain to the team leader in gray that they forgot an item. She just looked at me and pointed at the drive through. So I waited and waited at the front door. After being ignored for 5 mins she looked at me again and just pointed at the drive through. Terrible customer service. Why do I have to go through the drive through again and wait if they're the ones that messed up in the first place. I knew fast food chains are bad but this one tops it off. read more

The employees are incompetent as hell. I walked in and they said they weren't taking orders because their screens are down. I asked what that meant and I was told they can't see the orders when they are put in. A woman asked what I wanted and told her just 2 tacos. She said " oh! Okay that's fine we can ring you up but we can't see combos " . So I walk out with my food but felt bad for the other families being turned away. It really wasn't that busy either 10am on a Friday. I've worked in fast food settings and managed them. At that point you work as a team and write orders down. At the very least have the place clean if you're not taking orders. I've been to this location often since I drive from phoenix to Los Angeles often and it's not uncommon for this place to have issues that have easy solutions.‍ read more

Trash cans in dining are beyond over flowing with additional trash on tables and floor. Bathrooms same scenario. Come on......you are in a seriously busy traffic area on a Sunday afternoon. Thank goodness this was the first and last place I'd ever come here. I'd give 0 stars if I could. First of all they gave my husbands order wrong and didn't take off the cheese of a burger because he's allergic to it secondly the chicken in my sandwich wasn't even cooked well!! And when we told the manager she didn't seem to care and to top it off all the tables were dirty with some tables having flys on top of the tables!!!
