After stopping first at the Del Taco in the same road side city on the way back from California that was horribly dirty and under staffed we bailed quickly and came to this Taco Bell on the other side of the freeway and I'm so glad. The dining area was so clean, the food was well made and looked like the pics, it was appropriately staffed so we got our food quickly. Ordered a 12 pack of hard-shell supreme tacos tacos via drive thru. I was instructed by the drive thru cashier to park in front of Taco Bell for my order. In the practice of common decency, I moved my car from the drive thru to the parking lot as instructed. After I paid through at the drive thru window it took the Taco Bell staff 20 minutes to a deliver my order that should have been handed via drive thru window. Timeline. Drove into the Taco Bell drive thru lane. 5 mins was the wait for the drive thru staff to greet and take my order. Paid. Instructed to drive around and park in front of Taco Bell to wait for my order. Waited for 20 mins. Finally, after 20 mins the Taco Bell staff walked out with my order and told me that my order had been waiting for me inside. So, the Taco Bell staff at the drive thru window want me to use their drive thru window, pay, drive around to their front parking area, then wait for my order, and after whatever time it takes to prepare my order, then I walk in and retrieve my order. Clean and tidy restaurant, 2 kiosk for ordering too, Nice and super friendly server, Proactive store manager, Quick food delivery. Food well served. Bathrooms are a problem. The food is what it is for a Taco Bell. The problem is the bathrooms have coded doors, almost like they don't realize their biggest customer base is coming off I-10 and likely going there for a break and food. The staff are busy with the food and have to be interrupted to ask for the code. If you are looking for a convenient place for quick calories, you'd be better served to stop at one of the many truck stops on the area. Food is just as palatable, you can gas up and just as important the restrooms are easy to access. read more

Not correct temperature- beef not hot enough & not much meat in our Doritos tacos. Seemed rushed. One didn't have lettuce. That was not good. Staff - friendly and knew what he was doing. Good job. Taco Bell has been pushing their mobile ordering method a lot lately, claiming that you will "skip the line." Well we were on a road trip and were just passing through town and needed a quick bite so we could get back on the road and get to our destination. So I opened my app and placed an order, choosing the "ready now" option that estimated a 3-5 minute window. We were eight minutes out, so I figured that would give them a helpful buffer. We arrived to confusion. The employee went in back numerous times. Claimed my order hadn't gone through; I showed him my confirmation screen. He claimed their equipment hadn't gotten the order; I showed him my screen that displayed my order was "ready." They claimed I had placed an order at the wrong location; I showed him the confirmation screen again with their address. Finally they admitted to the existence of my order and got to making it. This is, of course, after several other people had simply walked into the lobby, placed an order, and received their food. In other words, by ordering via my mobile device, it took 2-3x the length of time to get my meal. All in all, it was a very negative experience. Thankfully, the food was hot and tasty. Which is the only reason for two-stars instead of one. At least the food quality is reliable at Taco Bell chains, even if their newfangled technology isn't! read more

The Taco Bell sign is barely visible from the freeway and made me a little weary of stopping here. The sign was in terrible condition so I was pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant was modern and completely up-to-date! I stopped here on my way to Phoenix as well as on the way back to California (my friends and I clearly love Taco Bell, lol) and the restaurant was completely full both times. The lines were long so my friends and I used the mobile ordering stations inside the restaurant, which definitely sped up the ordering process. You can also mobile order from your phone to speed up the process even more. This appears to be a popular spot in town so expect long lines (both to order and for the bathroom). We stopped here tonight while on our way up to Kingman. We got here at 9:40 (inside closes at 10). The bathrooms were inaccessible to paying customers 20 mins before closing. We were helped by Dorian, who was a real peach (insert scarcasm). He took my order, and even though there was someone behind me.. walked away. Wow. I'm a pretty patient human but this place really needs to step up their game. Walking in I immediately noticed a certain odor which seemed to be coming from the bathrooms. It smelled strongly of formaldehyde and dead fish or something, which is not the best scent to promote your appetite. Then after waiting in a line of three customers for a solid 10 minutes, and waiting for our order for another 15 minutes, we witnessed: 1) them serve the customer who ordered after us their order well before we received our simple tacos. 2) then mess up the order of the poor lady before us. When she noted this, the person at checkout told her she was wrong and said "well, sorry" without once offering to remedy the mistake. We were finally handed our food and hit the road again, but were bitterly disappointed that we had waited nearly 30 minutes for such an abysmal lunch. I wasn't expecting anything amazing from a Taco Bell, but the quality of the food I got here was well below even my shitty fast food standards. I went to order a number 6 combo meal while my big bro went to the burger king next door to get his food. By the time he got back, I was still waiting for my food. We were driving through on our way to a funeral and it was my 6 year old daughter's birthday. The nice girl Kristen behind the counter saw my daughter's birthday crown. She asked if she could buy her some cinnamon twists for her birthday. She went to the back and got her wallet and paid for cinnamon twists for my daughter out of her own pocket. Such a super nice and sweet gesture! We frequent this taco bell often when we drive to and from california, and EVERY single time has been a pleasant experience. Go hungry or endure the misery of this place? The decision is yours to make but my experience was rather frightening. I went inside to order food since i was hauling a trailer that couldnt fit in drive thru. The inside experience was a doozy. First off, the place is dirty. Alert housekeeping bc we have major problem here. There were mop buckets sitting on the tables, some water (from an unknown source) stagnant under some tables in the corner, and overall, the place looked just plain tore up. Makeup aside, when we were standing in line to order food, we couldnt help but overhear the convo btwn the customer ahead and the employee. The guy had ordered and paid for coffee but they ran out of creamer and the employee tells him this while handing him his cup of Joe, expecting him to be cool with it. Needless to say the guy got a refund. Our turn, we order the food, at first for there, but then to go after i noticed all the housekeeping issues. So we took the food to the car and ate in the parking lot. Nachos were stale, 7layer burritos jipped of all 7 layers and the tomatoes tasted so off, we aLmost threw the food away. We will never go back and i do not recommend anyone coming here either. It has "eventual food poisoning" written all over it.
