Just like Leo Gets, I just got f'ed in the drive thru. Ordered $28.00 worth of food, was asked to verify order on screen and did. They handed me my order (large bag) and I asked if that was it and was told, "Yep it's all in the bag" so I drove home. Of course, when I get home...missing 4 tacos! Also no receipt. Curly fries were overcooked, Chicken sandwich was too salty and dry. Sure.....I know, you should always check your order at the window by pulling everything out of the bag one by one while people are waiting behind you. Right! Whoever the lady who was working the window and taking orders tonight January Sunday 8th and 10:30pm was rude and had attitude. I yelled excuse me at least 5 times until I yelled MAM! And she looked over said what and then looked away and ignored me more. I was trying to ask her to take my shake off before she made it and she started making if after she ignored me 5 times so I had to yell and she started half way. I don't do fast food often but when I do I love the Jack In the Box breakfast burrito for some reason. I have never been inside only drive through and its one of the fastest drive throughs I have used. I gave them 3 stars because they won't put sugar in your coffee for you when you are in the drive through. To me that's crazy and so inconvenient it blows my mind. I use this drive through regularly to get coffee and it happens everytime......please fix it!!!! read more

Went here on Sunday got an order of tacos. They looked and tasted like they just through them in the grease again. They forgot my child onion rings it was a hot mess. Was super hungry today so I thought go try it again. Got a hamburger said no onion, made it home and she enough onions on my burger. I will never go to this jack in the Box again. I will also tell all my friend that the Camarillo location by the Roxy Theater is not good and the service is horrible. read more

My sister and I first visit at this location. Customer service was horrible this employee name Ceasar was yawning while taking our order not even an apology was given. He got our order wrong and after asking about my tacos that were missing he had the urge to argue with us for his mistake. Instead of fixing the situation he stood there and was no help. Alright Jack, you've got a serious problem in Camarillo! Just went through the drive through on Verdugo Way and had the worst fast food experience EVER!! Worst of all, my wife had an insect crawl out of her curly fries, good-bye appetite. Every single food item was completely cold, and the curly fries were half regular fries...completely careless!! Wife called and asked for the Manager and was told the Manager was in a meeting. After complaining about the bug and cold food, the guy on the phone says we'll give you free food because he is the Manager....HUH, WHAT?? Did he suddenly promote himself? Food is good you have lots of selection to order you can get breakfast anytime. I have been going to this location since 2015 my client passed away in june 2018 and i paused for several months in the area until i came back two months ago, again i come to the drive thru to order light dinner to go or iced coffee i really love the iced coffee they have. But today i feel very disappointed not my order but my change. The lady who handed me the change drops few coins i didnt mind at all, she didnt say anything or even saying i will give you a new change, when she turned her back i tried to glance the coins in the ground i saw 2 quarters oh i said thats money, my order wasnt ready yet till i opened the car door the guy was handing my order i told him wait up, i picked up the coins and there were more in the ground one dime and 2 pennies... i said... to the guy she dropped this coins, the guy just hand my order didnt said anything. Once i closed the door it takes me awhile to turn on the engine the car is keyless so it was a hassle to turn the engine off and then turn in on again or else it will keep beeping that the door is open.. what a terrible drive thru with a terrible customer service today. Before their were good people here i don't know were they are now... those were excellent customer service that time in year 2015-2018 of june my last visit and then i came back here again two months ago because i had a client here in santa rosa. I go to this Jack in the box often since I live in the area. They hardly ever get anything wrong with my order and the service is always pretty good. Compared to the Jack in the box off Lewis and Las Posas this one is amazing; I avoid the other location when I can since they mess up my order half the time. This location is great though! read more

Went there & had lunch. I quit smoking cigarettes 4 months ago & now I vape-my oils have ZERO nicotine. Just sat down after lunch on the curb, at least 20 ft away from the entrance & the owner of the building gets out of his truck, comes marching over & tells me to get away from his building while smoking. I held it up & before I could explain that there was no nicotine-he says,' I don't care, you can't smoke here.' Ok. Moron. Hospitals allow you to vape near the building when there's no nicotine. I've been going to this location forever, the food is always fine but tonight was a bad experience, the customer service actually angered me. Employee Itzallana: she was serving me in the drive thru when SHE HAD ASKED ME if I wanted any sauces. I asked her nicely if I could get both ranch and bbq, which she responded how many and I said "3 of each please." She then rolled her eyes and spoke rudely in Spanish to her coworker, I don't see what the big deal was since I had ordered 3 burgers along with 3 fries, the sauces weren't going to waste. Then she felt no sense of urgency to get the the food ready. Once I had arrived home, I then realized she never even put the sauces in any of the three bags I got. Overall she was extremely rude while my mother & I were being nothing but polite. I don't appreciate people taking out their bad days on me for no reason if that's THEIR job. read more

I'm giving it a 4 star rating because years their current rating, they were neither exceptional nor horrible their rating of 4 is fair they were average speed with 3 cars in front of me, clear loud voice coming over the intercom, my order was waiting for me as I approached the window. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, it was descent size and the chicken was tasty, although as I've mentioned in other reviews they don't cut their chicken so as you are trying to eat the salad you have to try and cut chicken on top of it, so it'd be nice of it to be cut before placing on salad, but it's a minor in convince but it's how most places do their salad, yes I know I can cut the chicken on the plastic lids but do I really want an extra task on my short lunch period. I also asked for water, it's complimentary I just wish they would give you as much ice with water as they do with a soda lol. But no in general no complain this is a good quality jack in the box. read more

I come here quite often. The food is consistently good. I like the chicken sandwiches. They taste much more real than the Mc Donald's. The service is considerably quick compares to other fast casual chains. Staff is friendly. I never had a problem asking for this or that. I would highly recommend this place for your fast food needs. read more

I patronize this Jack in the Box on occasion and find the staff very friendly. The are always busy but are very quick with the orders. The few times THEY felt they took too long they gave me a drink or a dessert. They should have a talk with McDonalds who ALWAYS get my order wrong and take FOREVER. read more

Best iced coffee ever love it. Drive thru is fast not long lines but service is poor especially in the drive thru the one taking order wont hear you well they need to clean and check their headfones everyday so customer will not yell when ordering. This week i tried the best breakfast plate they have tasted so delicious and my iced coffee the girl in the drive thru took my payment and hand my iced coffee and then turned her back and went to help a person in the front lobby i waited 5 min or so for the food and then a man came in the drive thru window and he talked spanish to the girl and then he went and hand me my food order all i know the plastic bag i saw it was mine and the girl didnt even give to me before she helped someone else, thats very bad. WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY I came to this place with my friends and as soon as I walked in the stench of a bathroom reeked throughout the establishment . With my food, I ordered a large shake instead of a drink but for some reason this old grandma at the register gave me a large cup for soda instead but I told her to look at my receipt and realize that I didn't order a drink but a shake so she took my cup back. I didn't know that people could be so incompetent it's hilarious. Next my food was brought to me by the same old grandma but my shake was not brought with my food and I thought that they may have been busy and that they had to make someone else's shake first so I waited for a few minutes and once my shake didn't come I became concerned so I went up to the register not to be greeted by the grandma but by a large middle aged Hispanic woman who I asked why I hadn't got my shake. this lady had told me that they brought the shake with my food even though none of my friends or I saw the shake and the other grandma lady who BROUGHT MY FOOD completely LIED and said that she DID BRING MY SHAKE WITH MY FOOD. they said that they wouldn't give me my shake because they had already brought one out. WELL IF THEY BROUGHT ONE OUT THEN WHY IS THERE NO SHAKE IN SIGHT. But these bozos wouldn't budge so basically I was robbed of 5 bucks because of this garbage place with garbage workers. oh and to make things worst, the same exact incident happened to me last time I ate here with the same rude Hispanic girl who said that they had called out my shake a few minutes ago even tho I was checking the counter constantly and my shake never showed up. They had the audacity to say that it was my fault and I wasn't paying attention. however, they still gave me a shake this time because it was a "warning". What warning? You're the idiot for being so incompetent. I'm pretty sure they do this kind of thing to steal money from people on purpose considering how little money they make with only 5 people showing up an hour. When we were there for an hour or so only two people came through the door. They must need any money they can get which is really sad and funny.
