I have to say , the folks working at jack in the box go out of their way to make sure they get your order correct and as fast as they can. Recently after a black out , their computer Was down but they helped everyone in line anyway as many people just outside of town had no power. The food is always hot, tasty and they have a good variety on the menu. The app is awesome to pre order , find the specials and also try something news ! I was staying at a local campground and sorely need morning coffee. Saw how busy the other coffee shops were and wasn't going wait a half hour in any line. I'm tired of lousy service. The sign touts breakfast all day but you have to purchase the entire platter with no substitutions. No I don't want French toast sticks, I'm wheat sensitive. The Dr.Pepper was spicier than a half moldy Carolina reaper, so the 2 star rating is just and fair.. spot on with the beverage, it was excellent. BUT... What in the quail meat, 'honey-I-shrunk-the' burger is this?? I can't believe I accidentally took a bite of this cow patty before checking. They say the camera adds a few pounds, but I thought I would actually receive something larger than a can lid. Today I ordered a ribeye bacon burger. 3 pc egg rolls and the jacks faves with mozzarella sticks After 40 minutes, I was asked to pull around. Then they brought some food Burger, as ordered and adequate Egg rolls, to my surprise, hot and crispy, though I do think 1 packet of sauce per roll is needed Now, the fan faves with mozzarella (a $10 item). Visited here on a trip to Northern California, the police arrived as we were ordering our food, they had to escort a disgruntle employee outside apparently over a paycheck. During this time they messed up several orders, forgot bacon on a bacon cheeseburger also forgot 2 orders of fries and milkshakes. After we got all our food we sat down to sticky tables and chairs! On March 25 2020 at 16:23 hours I placed an order with Jack in box totaling approximately 20.00. I was the only person in line. When I received the food I drove 3 miles to destination. The food was cold, not thoroughly cooked, and ingredients I ordered and paid for were not on the two burgers. I attempted to call several times no one would pick up the phone. I called corporate which is automated and informed me a manager would call between 0800 hours and noon. No phone call. Additionally the lady Danial served the food without gloves through window. In midst of Cov19 you would think servers would be required to wear gloves and mask. Not at Jack in box. The food went to neighborhood dogs as it was not fit to eat. Horrible place. I ordered 2 meals, 2 cheese burgers, and 2 tacos. My order came to 25 dollars and some change. Went and paid got my bag and drinks. I asked twice if that was it. My trip through the drive thru took OVER an hour, it took almost 15 minutes just to place my order which wasn't put in for 20 minutes after (looking at the time on the receipt), I waited behind 2 cars that took 20 minutes to leave, after paying i was told to pull around to the front where we waited 10 minutes to have the lady run out and ask for our receipt (hers went missing?), another 10 minutes to have my food run out to me, as i was leaving another employee ran an additional bag and asked me to pull around into another line of cars to fix my order. All 4 people who ate got sick that night. When i called the next morning I was told a refund on my almost $50 order would be issued. When I arrived, I watched angry customers leaving because they weren't being helped, and I was denied all but $6 worth of my refund. I asked to speak with the manager to watch him literally hide behind kitchen equipment.
