Pretty empty place. Used the mobile app to order food and the guy was nice enough to ask if it was me cuz he didn't want the tacos to get cold. Funny thing was they were fresh but only lukewarm. Meat was a little bland so had to use two sauces for one taco! The weirdest thing was they had the bathroom door open and IT SMELLED really bad! They had a fan going on which made the smell waft into the dining room. Yikes! On my lunch hour sitting in the drive-through just finished placing my order. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, a cheesecake, and a small iced tea. Of my order I was told that they are out of cheesecake. And they don't have small size cups only child size medium or large. After she asked me what size drink that I want. And then she proceeded to tell me that they are out of ranch dressing they only have balsamic and southwest. They might as well just close this location! I rarely buy fast food but I made a quick stop against my better judgement. First red flag, I should've turned around when I noticed all the "returning soon" stickers on many of the menu items on the drive thru. These are items that have been on the menu for years! Then there were portions of the menus completely missing! I select my order. Then I ask the girl for 2 tacos. Her response, "We ran out of tacos." WTF?! Then the girl just threw my meal in the bag and completely wasted it all over the place. She spilled it! This location has a history of running out of items. The previous few times last year I came here...they were out of French fries...FRENCH FRIES! Another time their soda machine was not working so they didn't have soda! The time before that I had to wait 15 mins in the parking lot for my order after already waiting 10 mins in line in the drive thru to order due to the line. This place needs some serious consulting. This Jack in the Box has gone down hill. They constantly get your order wrong. I ordered a bacon & swiss buttery jack with extra onions in the drive-thru, when I got back to work and opened my lunch I have a burger without bacon, without onions and with ketchup, which does not come on the sandwich I ordered. The box is marked as a bacon & swiss buttery jack, but it wasn't. The cashier was friendly but that was the only good thing about my visit. My visit was 8/18/2023 around 11:25 - There was not another car in the drive-thru, they were not busy in the restaurant. It's really a zero score for me. Horrible customer service and unsanitary bathrooms. The gentleman working the front register told me to use the bathroom that had feces all over the toilet as well as urine everywhere and this was after he went in and looked at it himself. I felt like he thought it was funny since he kept smirking when I was talking about how disgusting it was and I felt it was disrespectful to even suggest that customers use it in the condition it was in. I experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. This location is horrible. All the employees on this particular day were horrible and could care less about customer satisfaction. Horrible crew on this particular day. The only crew member who was not out right rude and obnoxious was the Hispanic heavyset young worker. My apologies for my description of her but I didn't catch her name. All others were rude and should find another field of work. The cook and the other Hispanic worker lied directly to me multiple times. Although I have been refunded I also feel like I deserve an apology for the way I was treated. I will never visit this particular location ever again. I typically visit the locations in Marin County. Food is cooked correctly and is always tasty , fresh and hot. Workers who take pride in customer service and quality food. This location needs work. So after a long day of not eating I finally drive in to get a dinner and sleep. I order a Cheesy Bacon double cheeseburger 7.90$. Simple. I get my food and drive home. Well i go to eat it and my box has a Front Counter Custom sticker on it. Odd! I was in the drive thru at 1140pm and I didnt specialize it. I open it up and sure enough its stone cold and hard. Gross! I return allthe way back to the store they take the burger and microwave it. From past work experience it takes 3-5 minutes to cook two FRESH large patties on a grill, even with the press. They handed it tome both times in under a minute. I asked them to make it fresh and they refused. I asked for a free cheesecake for the trouble and they refused. They refused to print up a receipt both times. She claims they were "out of receipt paper". No, you dont want me having your name is all. She then proceeds to hand me a refund I never asked for and hands me 5.60$ 3.30$ less than the price I paid. She refuses to hand me full change and tells me to take my "bitchass home and come speak with Maria tomorrow". I was then told to leave. So I went home starved, robbed, disrespected And without proof of purchase. Never eat here again. I didnt get her name but she is red, maroon dyed hair, chubby and totally rude at the drive thru overnights. When it came time to give me a total he said whatever I'll see you at the window!
