Just bad. Order taker could not get the order after 4-6 repetitions at the speaker we moved to the empty window. It was simple. 6 tacos and a curly fry. Everything was cold and greasy. Probably made earlier - not fresh. Gross. Couldn't tell if the taco filling was meat or fish except for the color being brown. We ordered regular - not fish- tacos. Ordered two kids' meals and two adult meals. Total was $39, which seemed high. Waited at the drive-through window (no other cars in line) for a little over 10 minutes. Drove away and one kid noticed her kids' meal was missing the fries. Went back through the drive-through, waited another 7 minutes for the fries. Every time I come here it's the worst experience! I was here at night and no one was in the drive thru. So we looked at the menu and every time we spoke the one employee kept cutting us off asking if we were done. She clearly was in a rush. I told her if she could please let me finish my order. Did the apocalypse happen and I didn't notice? Here's the deal, we were on our way to our friends wedding. It was a bit of a drive and we didn't wanna show up hangry. I would give them zero stars if I could. I stopped by on the evening of 11/9/10 at about 6:45 p.m. I ordered 3 burgers/sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. We waited 15 minutes for our order in the drive-thru. So much for "fast" food. I left without checking my order -- BIG mistake on my part. I got home, which was about 12 miles away and found out they left out one of the sandwiches. I drove back to Jack in the Box and went throught he drive-thru because I had my toddler with me. When asked if they could take my order, I told them I was there to get the rest of my order they didn't give me the first time. There were 2 cars ahead of me and when I got up to the window, the same guy who had taken my order and given it to me the first time opens the window and says "So what did we forget" as he's laughing. I told him it really wasn't funny since I had waited 15 minutes to get the order the first time and they couldn't even put it all in the bag and then had to drive 24 miles round trip to come back to get the rest of my order with a screaming/crying toddler. He continued to smile/laugh as he took my receipt. I told him which sandwich it was and he closed the window. So after spending another 10 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally had my complete order with a side of attitude. I had to ask for my receipt back, which they didn't want to find. I went to Jack in the box on 12/25/2017 at 9:30 am i asked for a few breakfast items and waited for her reply(sounded like a young lady at drive thru) She told me they weren't serving breakfast at that time. 9:30 am and not serving breakfast? being it was too early for a burger or anything else, I said ok and went to McDonalds. I am not sure the menu schedule so when i got home i looked up the menu for Jack in the box. they serve breakfast all day. This place is trash... I've been coming here for years since it's the closest one to my house and they somehow find a way to fuck it up every time... I get the same thing every time... a jacks spicy sandwich... they ask me every time if I want cheese even tho it doesn't come with cheese (up selling I get it) and EVERY TIME I say no... and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME they fucking put cheese... usually this wouldn't bother me but I'm completely baffled how the staff literally ignores me every time... like once or twice is forgivable but it's been well over a year and probably close to 20-30 sandwiches that they've fucked up... I stopped going for a while because I was sick of it but I started craving some tonight and decided hey why not?.... well once again I was shown just how awful this place is... I get in line in the drive thru... there are 4 cars in front of me.. and one pulls up behind me... I'm now trapped and can't back out or drive forward I just have to wait which normally would be fine but... just to get through four cars it took 40 FUCKING MINUTES... again I'm just so baffled... how can four orders take a "fast" food restaurant 40 minutes to get through... only plus side is for once they didn't fuck up my sandwich... this jack in the box will go down as the worst service I've ever received in my life and it's 100% the company's fault... i blame the mistakes on being short staffed... which is the companies problem... staff have always been respectful to me and could probably preform better if they weren't being slammed and rushed all the time because they have no help... i just don't understand how a restaurant I barely ever go to can fuck up my order that many times... it's literally every time I go... which means unfortunately I'm gonna have to draw a line and stop... love the late night munchies but I refuse to keep paying for fucked up food that I don't want read more
