Worst Jack in the Box ever! First of all, the quality of their food is far worse than your standard Jack in the Box. Fries are cold and taste old, burgers and tacos are sloppy and poorly assembled. Everything tastes like it's been bathing in oil (more than usual). I love my cheat days, and I love me some fast food, but I couldn't take more than a couple bites before throwing everything in the trash. This is the best Jack in the box I've ever been to. The manager is super attentive and always smiling. You can tell there are some regular older customers and he goes out of his way to help them. On one occasion I dropped my burger right after I picked it up and he immediately helped clean the mess up all while his staff was making another one and he gave it to me at no charge. Honestly, this is a good Jack in the Box. The employees don't have attitude. It's not a 5 star restaurant where you have to sit down, and expect someone to come and start kissing up to you for a tip. You just order your food, get it in a timely manner, and either eat there or leave. Their food doesn't taste weird like at some fast food places. Curly Fries are always crisp, but sometimes I could taste the reused oil. Recently, I tried their tacos, and I have to admit: I liked them better than Taco Bell. The taste of the tacos were very familiar to a taco I've had as a kid, and it was nice having those flashback feelings as I was eating it. The WORST jack in the box iv been too. I live by Dodger Stadium and that one is perfect I thought I would just put that out there. But in regards to this one HORRIBLE we'll actually just the MANAGER so I went a couple weeks ago with my mother and the moment I walked in no one was at taking orders, which is fine I get it sometimes it's busy but after standing for 10 minutes one of the workers making food noticed and out of her nice courtesy went to go tell the back that there's a customer, so then that's when the manager Pricilla came walking to the front but on the business phone and just looking while she sees me and my mom waiting and I can hear her talking on the phone stating to who ever she's talking to about her plans for the weekend and talking about drama about one of her friends so that when I noticed the bad customer service and how she was covering up by using the work phone and thought I couldn't hear her. So I said nothing I just stood quiet.... well I eventually ordered my food for my mom and I and when I got my food and orange juice was missing and she insisted that I never asked for one and that when I spoke up and tell her the moment I walked in I was waiting for her 10-15 mins while she's on the phone with her homegirl and just not caring about attending us so she's in place to say anything when she's just being careless everything including taking my order, and she stood quiet because she knew I was in the right but what got me irritated was that as I'm eventually leaving I see her just staring at me and saying something to her co workers about me and I'm not stupid obviously she's talking shit.
