Giving 1 star. As soon as we got here there was a rude lady who opened the door for herself and left. We then went in and the cashier was making a shake and made us wait 2 minutes to order. Then it was our turn to order we ordered he swiped my card gave it back didn't say a word no receipt and I finally asked 2 minutes later is this my coke? And he said yes.. then 3 minutes later we hear a loud Hispanic lady yell out our full order like we are in war!!! I could check in a box at least once a week. I love their coffee I love the fact that they get me out so fast. I really like this location. They have been pretty consistent with my orders for a long time. Today was the first time I received a sandwich that was really dry. I took two bites and had to go back. Its not acceptable to serve dry food, but the manager made it up. She was really nice and swapped it out. She even threw in some fries for my inconvenience. Although I was not expecting a 5-star service from a fast food restaurant, the employees of Jack in the Box should be trained to assist customers, understand what the customer is trying to order, and not argue when their employee jots down the wrong item. I can get into specifics, but I would rather not. Just keep in mind that there are other fast food restaurants with better service, to be exact there are other Jack in the Boxes with far better service. Here is my opinion on this location. This evening I had a craving for a Big Chicken Sandwich Combo. Arriving at the restaurant I was greeted by an overly smiling employee welcoming me in. He appeared that he was a shift lead just by the fact that he had on a gray collared shirt compared to the other employees who had on t-shirts. I waited a couple of minutes due to the fact that there was another customer ahead of me placing their order. When it came to my turn, I stated that I wanted the Big Chicken Sandwich Combo with curly fries and a non carbonated drink with no ice, regular size. Upon mentioning a non carbonated drink, Alfonso whose name came on my receipt, had to look at whether or not they do or do not have non carbonated drinks which afterwords responded with Fruit Punch omitting Lemonade. I then let him know that it is going to be Lemonade no ice please & to go. Paid, got my receipt & change then sat down to wait for my order. Next up another customer with family placed an order as well. During the time that I am there I could see the order-in order being readied and also the to go order being placed in the three bags. Can not see my order anywhere. During this time see on numerous occasions, Alfonso looking up at the monitor where the orders are listed but still my order still not there despite the customer's order placed after me ready to go and their number called out where they picked up their order and left. Finally for one reason or another I could tell that Alfonso somehow knew that I looked dissatisfied/cross/upset/no pleased. He then grabbed my order, motioned to me instead of calling out my order number and as I picked it up asked if I am satisfied with service. At this point even though being upset what am I supposed to say, "No I am not happy with service today", instead I said that I have been satisfied. Overall I did not feel satisfied in service when I departed. Plus they added ice to my drink even though I said no to begin with when I placed my order. Also why am I the only customer asked how I feel about today's service. I will definitely say that no one should go to this location. The order process is abnormally long to begin with and time waiting before my order is ready takes twice as long. I do not know if what I ordered makes a difference or not. Plus not getting a simple request of no ice in my drink should not be that complicated to fulfill. I will be downgrading the quality of service overall. read more

HAIR IN OUR FOOD!!!!! I have visited this jack in the box for the last time. After being disappointed many times for different reasons, I continue to give them a chance. After employees are just hanging out in the front counter laughing, talking and continuing to talk while taking orders and customers are there. After being told to move my car to the front of the restaurant while they get my order together and help the next person in the drive thru. The worst thing that can happen to you at a drive thru happened. We picked up a late nite snack on saturday night at 3am. When we got home and started to eat our burgers we opened up our bacon cheddar wedge fries and there was a disgusting hair sitting right on top. I practically could have thrown up. The meal was completely ruined. We called back and they offered to replace our fries! Really? I don't want another order of fries or any other food item from this place! Give me my money back! I went to this location last week what major disappointment. I drove 2 hours on the freeway to get home from work on my way the wife called and asked if I could stop by jack and pick up dinner. Anyway I get to the drive thru place my order (2) ultimate CHEESEBURGER COMBOS no ketchup no mustard. So the cashier repeats my order and says mayo only on the CHEESEBURGERS yes that is correct I replied. I get home and me and the wife sit down to eat but there is no CHEESE on our ultimate CHEESEBURGERS just a very small amount of mayo and 2 patties nothing else. So I call the store and the manager I spoke to was very rude and told me there was nothing he could do about it since that is how I ordered my food. I told him I ordered ultimate CHEESEBURGER with mayo only not ultimate hamburger anyway he continued to argue with me that I was wrong. I visited the store today June 5, 2018 at around 10:15 a.m., as I went in with my son, was greeted by a gentleman in the most wonderful welcoming way! As I read thru the menu, he was working and paying attention to all of us customers at the same time, he memorized what I wanted because I mentioned it to my son. The food was warm, fresh and of good taste! This is about the second time I visit a Jack in the box in my entire life, this visit made me want to come more often and bring my entire family to this Jack.
