Did a mobile app order for my family and I. Jack in the box app limits max 6 buttermilks. I ordered 48 bucks work and my kids need more or they'll be pissed at me. I told Aldebaran when I picked up and he gave me more. Aldebaran was kind and empathetic. He took good care of us. Our order was perfect, nothing was mixing at all. Restaurant was clean and tidy. We got there a couple minutes early and I scanned the restaurant for this review. I got Jack's party bundle, sourdough jack combo, 1 sausage croissant, strawberry shake, 3 jumbo egg rolls, and 7 jalopeno poppers. I haven't had a sausage croissant in a long time and it was just ok. I should have got extreme sausage sandwich. Eggrolls, jalopeno poppers and taco's were good. My kids inhaled the jr chicken sandwiches and jr jumbo jack burgers. They said it was good. Over 50 minutes in the drive thru on August 23rd and can't cancel over the app this is unacceptable and 6 cars in front of me waited forever but since they ordered in the drive thru they got there food while waiting I get told to wait in the front of the drive thru when I ordered on the app. They messed my order up and forgot it than the 3 cars behind that only waited for like 10 minutes max got there food before me. To the supervisor/manager, Gabriel M., who was working today: I have to say, your behavior toward your employees and customers was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have already filed a formal complaint regarding what occurred, but I genuinely hope that moving forward, you learn to treat people with the dignity and respect you would expect for yourself. My order was initially incorrect, and I was simply waiting for it to be corrected. I had no interaction with you prior to hearing you speak negatively about me, despite having never spoken to me, including comments about not giving me "free food." I also witnessed you using profanity and speaking disrespectfully toward your employees in front of customers. What was most disappointing was watching the two younger employees working there conduct themselves with far more respect, patience, and professionalism than you demonstrated as their supervisor. No employee should be spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. I sincerely hope management takes this situation seriously and that you reflect on how your behavior affects both your employees and the customers you are responsible for serving. Honest the only good thing about this order was the cheesecake. Everything else was a let down. The burgers were salty. The patties were small. Even the fries they were so stale and hard. Of all the fast food chains Jack takes the cake, the food is delicious, and likely will not kill you later in the day. In my youth, Jack was a staple in my life, now fast forward my teenagers are repeating my history. The environment is what draws people into their restaurant. It has developed this "family style," bond that is cemented from generation to generation that provides a grouding foundation that has been cemented over time. Craving those Jack tacos was the reason for this visit. As we sit here and eat that old time feel comes back and comforts my daughter from our past visits here as a family. When we eat it's a no phone time. It's incredibly difficult but to talk to one another in real life is learned behavior that is a required necessity. The dining room environment has this lure with this incredible appealing nature that invites the guest to enjoy dinner here. At least we are eating as a family. No dishes afterwards either, thanks jack. Jack's tacos evoke this incredible glee that forever resonates with anyone who enjoys them. While I absolutely cannot get enough of Jacks tacos health issues keep me from indulging all the time. This trip it was delicious tacos for all. The house ranch that Jack makes as a dipping option is mandatory for the enjoyment of the tacos. Who could eat their tacos without a shake? Stop, you cannot. The salt and grease tastes so much better with strawberry milkshake. The shakes here at Jack are no joke, made with the finest dairy products. That strawberry shake so fresh these yummy memories flood my brain. Ridiculously delicious; just the right amount of thickness in consistency. Every drink of that strawberry shake is marvelous magic. Now you know what to get for dinner, Jack tacos and a strawberry shake! Your welcome. The food at Jack in the Box is very impressive, however the service and sanitation is lacking. On this visit the service was truly excellent; the cashier was friendly and professional. The speed of that service is terrible. Our wait in line during the day was over five minutes. The cashier delivered great service, but she was running here then over their to fulfill our order. She did it with such a fantastic attitude too. This is an issue at most fast food chain eateries. I can let this slide. If you want faster service then go through the drive thru. One issue that I can not be passe on is cleanliness. No one wants to get sick these days. Clean up your act Jack! Holiest of all places that should always be pristine is the bathroom. The toilet paper was out in both of the stalls here. There is no excuse for the way the bathrooms were left. The floors were so greasy that as you walked my flats slipped from one side to the other. It was like they washed the floors with the same mop they cleaned the line with. Grease is a no-no! Then that bathroom, damn!Don't the employees use the bathroom? One wonders. How do they accomplish their bathroom business without the essentials to do the job? If you know what I mean! Now it's Taco Tuesday, why are you still sitting their? You know where to find incredible deals. Come to Jack on this holy of all holy days. Get those Jack Tacos paired along side the house ranch. Dinner is solved with no dishes. No problems and no worries right in the middle of the week too. If you're going to be opened, be open if your registers not working, then put something up saying that it's not working instead of making people go through the drive-through.
