Check the bag before you drive off. The staff are always friendly when I've gone. Drive thru only. I occasionally like to get JIB breakfast and 2 tacos (nostalgia). Today I went and again they left something out of the bag. Didn't realize until I got home. This has happened about 6 times over the course of the last 2-3 years. Doesn't seem like a lot but it's annoying because I don't go all the time. Only one time did I go back because it was a big item but it's mostly been the 2 tacos left out. Today's items left out were the 2 tacos. She asked if I wanted taco sauce so I assumed the tacos were in the bag. Got home and they were in fact not in the bag. It's not super far but it's an inconvenience to me to drive all the way back to get $1.79 worth of food that should have been in the bag. Other than that the food is always as expected - hot and fast. This may be it, maybe the Gods don't want me to eat the tacos. May have to quit JIB and find a different breakfast fast food item to enjoy. Sad because we have been jack in the boxing since I was a kid but how many more times can I not get the food I order before I say enough. This is probably not exclusive to this location but over all for Jack in the Box new Pannido. Not worth the $4.99 price for sandwich only. The bun was hot..... but the deli meat was refrigerator cold. WTF? It wasn't bad (I opted out on the creamy italian spread). I don't know if anyone remembers this but Pizza Hut used to have a great HOT Italian sandwich back in the 70's & 80's. The Italian dressing/spread on the sandwich was so so good. I've been through this drive-thru multiple times, never inside. I go because it is one of the only places on my way to work. I don't love it, but when I'm hungry it's close. The coffee is always hot and good as are the hashbrowns, but I've had continual problems with the breakfast sandwiches. Their biscuits and buns are awful. Might as well trash them, and I do. The sourdough bread is pretty much the only bread I can stand there. I'm not sure why, but this place always overcooks the eggs and leaves those weird crunchy parts around the egg white. I am so disappointed. I cant remember her name but there's an older black woman with a black cap and black glasses. I called one time and told the manager how awesome of a job she did. She was so cheerful and happy and super sweet! I don't go all the time but bc i work at a church nearby i sometimes stop and get me something, most of the time it's coffee. Well this morning i went by just to get coffee and when i told her i wanted 15 sugar and 10 cream, she looked at me like i had shit on my face. Told me i could have 9 cream and that 15 sugar was too much. She talked so ugly about me wanting so much (which didn't seem like a lot to me seeing as how i use a lot of sugar at home for my coffee, plus the little packets don't hold a lot of freaking sugar yo begin with!!!....i like sweet coffee dang!) that the cashiers for the inside guests were laughing at me and peeking into the drive thu. Im appalled at this, especially after i made a point to call and give her a kudos the first time i ever came!!! The large coffee is 2.15....for $3 more i could take myself a little further down the highway and go to starbucks and get all the cream, sugar, cinnamon, and every other spice put in my coffee...and the cream would be real not that hot half and half crap they have. read more
