Really i dont know where to start... First off we came in I'm guessing right about shift change.... the guy at the counter took the lady ahead of us order ... than grabbed his stuff looked at us and said yeah I'm leaving someone will be with you shortly . Fine whatever i know what it's like to want off work after being there all day... so this other guy walks up with a sock cap covering his eyes. And proceeds to take our order. He takes our order we hand him our cash.. when he opens the drawer i cant help but notice (because I'm a bartender) that they have no cash drawer all their money was just thrown in the drawer change and cash just lose everywhere but hey whatever that's on them... after about 35 mins and being one of only two people in the store we walked up to the front. They first lost our order had no idea what our order even was so I had to tell them. 5 items total... quick east right .. wrong my 2 tacos burnt to the point i cant eat them... my husbands ordered a 4 piece strip combo meal .. he received 1 1/2 and I'm not joking 1 1/2 hard chicken strips ... and I'm not even done there. I dont know what kind of establishment doesn't have a manager on duty at all time but that service was uncalled for and quite frankly i want a refund .. the only reason i never went inside is because i can already tell no one would even know how to process a refund for me.... so my question for this establishments management is .. how does your system work when shift change goes on ?? Do you guys not switch drawers , count your money & profit off each drawer or are you guys just slacking some serious management ... I'd be damned if any of them on duty tonight would have a job tomorrow if i was the one in charge . Except for the taller guy he's the only one whom was doing his job and acting like he gave a rats ass ... there's PLENTY of people out here that would respect your establishment as an employee.. however you have poor choice of employees.. if I were you'd I'd redo your hiring & raise your standards by 1000 .. because goodness .. never seen such poor excuses for human beings ... it's not rocket science to work at a fast food establishment... The loaded mini tacos were really good, but mostly because they didn't cover them with any kind of sauce like they normally do. It's fast food with a lot of variety to a menu. Where else can you go to get tacos, egg rolls and breakfast at the same time? Jack in the Box! Something pretty cool is a kiosk where you can order for and pay for your food. The only human interaction you have is when they bring your food out. I waited three years for this to happen! Jack finally came to rescue me from my California fast food withdrawal and a couple months later I move to Boston ... wah wah. Unfortunately we are back in a long distance relationship once again, but I made sure to stop in for a visit when I was in town over the weekend. For a solid go-to menu that covers all the necessary (fast)food groups, I highly recommend the following: tacos, curly fries, eggrolls, mini churros, and a refined refreshment like Fanta Strawberry soda. A little tip from an old pro: mix their hot sauce and ketchup for a much tastier curly fry dip. You''ll thank me later. I don't eat fast food often, but a JBo treat now and again is a must. And before some says, "Oh I would never eat there, didn't someone get sick over a decade ago?" I say if fast food is going to be the reason for my untimely demise I would rather it be quick at Jack in the Box then a slow Super Size Me-style fade out any day. It is still fast food, so don't sweat the small stuff. Yea sometimes you might have to wait an extra minute, or something might not be in your bag (so check it), but this location has been solid since it opened. The staff is friendly and they take the extra time to walk your food out to you when you are dining in, so you don't have to crowd the line like vultures. They keep the tables clean, the condiments stocked, and it is open 24/7. Win, win, win. The only negative is the location, but more are popping up around the city to chose from! read more

I should have checked the ratings before wasting my time and money at the Jack in the Box in Greenwood, across from the Mall. Waited in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes. Once I had my food, found out it was made incorrectly. Had ordered the cheeseburger with "no tomato" because I am allergic to them. The employee making sandwiches either couldn't care less or cannot read simple directions because he or she made sure to put two tomatoes on the cheeseburger. And, the burger was cold! First time eating at Jack in the Box Greenwood and probably the last based on this experience. read more

Very disappointed with Jack in the Box. I've been wanting to try them for so long. When I finally get to try them, I get let down...Big Time! Ordered a BLT burger. My boyfriend has tried to get me to try Jack In The Box for quite some time. Tacos and burgers sounded like quite an odd combination to me. I finally did and have now been here two days in a row! The tacos are incredibly tasty and 2 for $1! My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger and my son his chicken sandwich. The fries weren't overly exciting but still good. I love that there are many options on their value menu. I haven't been in the actual restraunt, just the drive thru. Our drive thru experience was friendly and fast. Hear me out. This places food is fantastic. But, literally every other aspect is terrible. Service was awful the night i went, so bad that even some random guy quit on the spot. I gave 1 star because I was not impressed with the cleanliness and quality of service in this particular location. For a new restaurant, I was shocked when I found out how messy this place was. Uncleaned tables, trashes and spills all over the floor in the dining area, and the restroom was also messy. I saw there were more than enough people working behind the counter, but the service was very slow and only 1 person was doing a quick cleaning. It took us 15 minutes to get 5 mini cookies. The food was also greasy...yuck. Do you know that Indiana has only 3 outlets (compared to 930 outlets in the state of California) and this location is the first one open? I haven't seen a Jack In The Box in years, and i was super excited when we drove past. So we got in line at the drive thru and waited for 10-12 minutes for a pretty short line. Then, when we are it, the food just wasn't what I remember. I mean, I understand fast food, but everything kinda seemed sloppily put together, with sauces and topping only on one side or part of the sandwich. Fries were almost hard. Jack in the box is the spot, we came from California and we glad theirs a "jack'n tha crack" here too. Those greasy tacos and jumbo jacks are spot on. 99 cent tacos are always stale and cold, went today 11-16-17 got 2 jumbo Jack's with cheese, no onions and an order of onion rings. Onion rings are almost burnt, and both jumbo Jack's had onions on it.....receipt even says no onions. Lady in drive thru was sorta rude. Answered drive thru how can I help you. Normally I get a welcome to jack in the box how may I help you? $8 for burnt onions rings and my sandwich to be wrong. May have to rethink my stop on the way home.... read more

How do I love you mini churros let me count the ways - in orders of 5 or 10 is the correct answer. What I don't really understand about this new addition to the southside is how you can have so many people working there, yet you are always out of condiments, or straws, or the place looks like a bomb went off and eventually you may see someone with a broom- but they are just pushing it to another corner. I have been impressed with what I have ordered, all though you constantly seem to be out of milkshakes- the staff should also learn what items have meat and what items don't- it doesnt bother me much- but to others that have gone with me it does. Finally- not so much a review of JitB but to the customers- if you choose to take your kids out for fast foor between the hours of late o'clock and 4 a.m. (late o'clock in my book is anytime after 9) than you should expect them to be a little rowdy, or to see people that are not your normal 9-5 buisness class. Went here about 6:45pm today to get some grub to take with me. Food was great and front service woman was so nice and funny. Went to use bathroom and then wash hands and noticed blood on right side of sink. How disgusting! Bathroom was in disarray too. They couldn't find my order and had to reenter it, then when it did get to me, it was wrong(Manager did give me a card for a free sandwich for my next visit). Totally inept employee and District Manager! I downloaded the Jack in the Box app and tried to order using it. It continually kept giving me a "mobile orders are not being accepted at this location at this time" message. The reason I was using it was to receive my savings off for using the mobile app. When I told the lady at the counter her response was "I don't know what's wrong" and referred me to the district manager who was making meals. He didn't even bother to look up at me (let alone come up to the counter once finished with what he was doing) only to say "I don't know either". So I emailed their complaints department through the app. Shortly afterward I received an automated email telling me thanks for emailing them and someone will email me soon (evidently soon has still not arrived as I am still waiting). So I downloaded the WENDY's app and have been eating there (with MUCH BETTER FREE OFFERS as well as BYGO FREE OFFERS and larger $'s off discount)! So pretty much this place is kinda what it sounds like. A greasy burger some really cheap tacos. I don't know what it is about their tacos but I just love them! They 2 for only a dollar and much tastier then the ones you buy at taco bell for $99 each. They have a huge menu with everything from breakfast food to egg rolls. Don't go to this place if you want fast fresh food! I ordered the sriracha burger, my fiancé ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger and my brother ordered the double jack. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our food and they brought the wrong food to our table 3 times! Then after waiting for 30 minutes for food and FINALLY getting it, all 3 burgers where cold! The only thing fresh was the fries! And to add to the shitty experience, their Coke marching wasn't working properly and they had no cups out for any of the sauces and they couldn't be bothered to sweeten the SWEET tea! When this place first opened it was amazing! Now... Not so much. I stopped here late night on my way back home from a concert at Klipsche. When I walked in the door there was absolutely no other customers inside (one person in the drive thru) and it was around 6 minutes before they could even be bothered to greet me. The shift manager took my order and didn't seem too happy to do so. When I asked a question about an item I didn't see on the website she shook her head and didn't give any audible reply. I can deal with poor service, I know these aren't the most rewarding jobs. But when I got my food, my taco ended up having a really soggy shell kind of like a frozen microwaved taquito shell would. We sat outside because it was a nice evening. Two of the three employees came outside and sat on the hood of some persons car who came to hang out with them at work. Meanwhile one of them mentions that "Bertha" needed to be cleaned and was supposed to be done hours ago but they hadn't done it yet... All while they continue to sit outside. I hope you guys open a location in Columbus and actually have it managed well because I will not be going back to the Greenwood location again, there's too much competition in the city of greenwood to deal with poor service and employees who clearly don't care. read more
