Kapolei JIB is our go to because it's in our hood. I love JIB, the food is freshly made to order and this location is pretty quick. I like that they serve breakfast all day so it satisfies my husbands desire for breakfast when we get a late start to our day and I can still order lunch menu items when I'm not in the mood for breakfast. There was one person in front of me and the person behind the counter didn't know English very well because she would have them repeat everything they said and after 10 minutes of them finally understanding and it was my turn but the cashier decided to leave and fill bag order so I was waiting there for about 5 minutes for someone to come back to the cashier spot and take my order finally someone did and they messed up my burger so I sent it back and I got it back and they gave me the wrong size burger but I didn't want to wait another 5 minutes for a burger that they couldn't get right. Jacks is jacks same anywhere, what sets them apart is the service, and the staff at this place is right at the top! Always smiling and always saying something nice as you leave, theirs an elderly lady that works the drive through and it always make's me smile when I hear her voice, she makes my day a lot better. I should get her name so when Jack in the Box has their yearly convention and can tell the big guys about her, a lot of the owners really do go to check what they doing right and share it back with their staff. read more

They forgot to give us our large curly fries with our order. I also ordered a homestyle ranch chicken club but she put it in as a sourdough grilled chicken club. That one is kinda my fault it was wrong since when asked if the order on the screen was correct, I said yes. I was paying more attention to the end of the order cause I asked for 3 buttermilk and saw only one on there so I asked if she got 3. I guess the missing fries were my fault too since I didn't check the bag till I got home. So I call them letting them know that I was missing my fries. Also I ordered the homestyle but got sourdough grilled chicken instead. So I was going to go back to have the order corrected but asked if my whole order could be remade since if I went back, all my food will now be cold. I was told no, and only the wrong order could be fixed. So there's no point in me now going to pick up my missing fries to come back home and eat my crappy cold food. It's 24 hours like every other Jack In The Box, but usually the line to the drive thru is fast and they always get your order right. It used to be like others that I used to go, but quality is suffering. Of the 7 or 8 times that I've gone over the last few months, they always get the order wrong through the drive through. Something is wrong on the order or swapped out or incomplete like the fully loaded mini tacos. Since it's Drive thru, you don't realize it's wrong till you stop and go through the order. I rarely eat at JBX nowadays and when I do, I get disappointed. I still like JBX but, I most def. experienced better. Why? When I ordered my hearty bowl breakfast in the middle of the night (no shame) I opened it, and it was like I was jipped(sp?) It looked empty, I mean it had everything but it seemed like they didn't put enough? usually when I get that, it's filled up to a good serving amount. No offense, but to the manager who was working the night shift at Jack in the Box on November 23rd, 2021 -- I honestly had high expectations for you considering the fact that you're the higher up. We patiently waited in a long line for our food for nearly 30 minutes last night since the drive thru was still down. We kindly asked the manager who was also the same person who handed us our food if we could add 5 buttermilks and gave her the amount of $1.25. She took the money, but the buttermilk wasn't even given to us but we assumed that she must've put it in the bag since we asked for 5 buttermilks. I understand it was just a $1.25 but the fact that it was a MANAGER that we kindly asked. We had high expectations just to find no buttermilks in our bag as soon as we settled in our home. Mind you, their drive thru was down and their dinning room wasn't busy. Day 009/365 Yelp Challenge I've been coming here for years now and surprised that there's no review yet? When the drive through line at McDonald's is too long, I'll go across the street to this fast food restaurant instead. I bought the Spam breakfast platter this morning. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a "jumbo platter" but it's certainly not big enough for me to have for lunch as well. I was planning on eating half for breakfast and the other half for lunch today. I do like that it didn't come with a hash brown, like McDonald's. I haven't eaten fries or hash browns since summer of 2009. They do ID you if you pay with your credit or debit card, so have it ready in the drive through. Yum! Jack in the Box is quite tasty! I come from a place in Colorado where they have a Five Guys and sadly, Oahu has no five guys. This particular jack in the box is always busy so they are on the ball with correctly taking orders and getting them done quickly. You get a ton of food for reasonable prices and the customer service can't be beat. I'm dead serious about the customer service thing. Everytime I have been through the drive through they ask me if I liked the service I received. I say "yes, the service was excellent, thanks for the delicious deep fried tacos". Yes, they deep fry their tacos. It is the only place in the world I have seen where they take the whole taco and dunk in the fryolator. That's why the tacos here are so good. They take a bath in the fast food hot tub of flavor. Go to this jack in the crack and you wont be let down. read more

"hello how can i help you" "hi yes can i get 2 orders of tacos, large curly fries, and large drink pls, and 3 honey mustard pls" "ok next window" *husbands pulls up to pay, gets his bag pulls over to the side of the jack in the box checks his bag its missing 2 tacos, wrong fries and no honey mustard* - so he walks in and asks for the lady at that was working at the window she comes and asks what the issue was. my husband tells her she gave him wrong fries, no sauce ( was charged already) and missing 2 tacos. then she proceeds to say " you said regular fries, and no sauce so sauce is 21 cents* my husband is telling this lady showing her the receipt that everything was charged on his card already my husband tells her ...soooo she had an attitude with him (kept telling him no no no) and he was already about done with his lunch and left without grabbing the rest of his food because he didnt want to lash out at her. (so because he was about to sock this lady in the face he calls me instead so he can calm down) and tells me what happened . this is the NOT the first time this happened either. first time it happened i didnt want to write anything just to be nice but to happen the 2nd time is not ok. i reccomend this lady work in another station out front or something, just keep her away from the drive thru cause someone is going to throw something at this lady because the way she speaks and presents herself. read more
