Disappointed with jack in the box as a whole, but this place sums up why jack in the box has such a poor reputation when it comes to service. I definitely stood in line for a solid 10minutes before the lady finally told me that she would help me in a sec. I was literally a few seconds away from walking out before she got to the register. Ordered my food and probably waited even longer. I had intended to dine in but when I got my food it was bagged as if I were going to take It to go. They never asked me. There literally was not one table that did not have crumbs and food all over it...I found the cleanest one and brushed it off myself. If it weren't for the food from being so good I wouldn't ever go to a jack in the box and I'm sure they would not even be in business either because the restaurant has nothing good going for them besides the food. This is the slowest location ever. Not only did the order take over an hour to receive via Door Dash, the order was not fulfilled accurately. Poor poor service. The food we did get wasn't even warm or tasty. Never will be ordering from this location. read more

Hmm... kind of disappointed.... I ordered 2 large fries and both of them are not even filled half way. That's disappointing. The management there was good and very friendly, but I did not get my money's worth. I'll try again later. read more

Sometimes we get a wrong order is not as bad as having an extremely rude employee. Aside from being rude she was yelling in front of my car window and my young children was back in my car. She yelled and ask me to leave just because I was asking about this coupons they sent at home that I had in my hand. When I ask for a manager she said yelling " I am the manager you can talk to me" Hell no the way she act to customer is not a manager's attitude. In fact she's causing customers not to comeback. I live around this area and all my Facebook friends aware of that location and I would not be surprised one day it closes like the Dairy Queen used to be that location. Hit and miss. Most often it's what you expect from jack. Then you go here for late night grub and it's a roll of the dice if it's even Open or Not. Seems to always be closed when we go late night. read more

If you order over 30 tacos late at night they take soooo long to finish your order. When you have 13 drunk people at home in need of substantial amounts of drunk food I demand quick service so I can get home to continue to baby sit a bunch of dirty drunk slobs. I don't ever review but I felt the need to review this Jack in the Box- gentleman who was working tonight (1/20 at about 8:20pm) was extremely nice and helpful- the lady who was working on the other hand, was not. We only got part of our order, pulled away from the window, realized it was wrong and went inside. The lady who was working came up and asked if our order was wrong. We explained that we only got the tacos and shakes, when we also ordered 2 burgers and a curly fry as well. She proceeded to yell at her employee, asking him where the rest of the order was (which is very unprofessional) which he apologized for and said he did not see those on the order screen- no big deal. She then grabs our burgers, slides the bag over and walks off, still missing the curly fries. She was making shakes, and started to beat on the whip cream dispenser, making a scene. She then came back up and said that that was our food in the bag, and we explained that she forget the curly fries, which she scooped up and just threw into the bag, making us feel like we shouldn't have even bothered to come back in to get the correct food because she was so rude about it. Don't work at a fast food restaurant if you can't have good customer service. read more

I prefer the 99cent tacos, makes it easy and cheap. The concept is pretty gross and all but the hot sauce is the whole point. Gotta dip in the pond a little bit right?? Well I have been pretty scarred because the last time I found a long, black hair layed out in my first taco. Really gross. And while trying the second one I found ANOTHER HAIR. Same type of hair. I give this jack in the box a zero star rating because there is a night shift worker that never makes tacos, every time I try and get tacos they are out. I tried calling to see if they had tacos one night but the employee never answered my question and said I was harassing her when I called her back. This is a problem that needs to be solved. In my experience around in quite a dozen locations this has to be my second least satisfied location in jack in the box franchises second only to the jitb in mexicali Mexico and even then they contiued to serve me past 9:48, 12 min before closing. The average jack crew has a cheery smile and makes us laugh at there seemingly candid ads on tv but when you meet the current crew at the covington jack in the box you'll ask 'does your face work'? . read more

Everytime I go to this restaurant their "systems are down" Sounds like they have some lazy employees that dont feel like workin.

This establishment has the WORST service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Tonight, I went through the drive thru at around 12 am and sit at the intercom for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I repeatedly said hello, with no reply and decided to just go up to the window and see if I can just order there. I then wait for about 10 minutes, but don't see an employee in sight. At this point, there are about 4 cars behind me going through the same situation. As I pull out of the drive thru, with no luck of ordering, I see a female employee with a headset on breaking down boxes, clearly able to see the cars in line. Half of the time I come here their "system is down", which I've come to realize is their way of being lazy due to the frequency of this occurring. When you're lucky enough to come here when employees are actually working, they are extremely rude, and make a huge fuss out of an order of a medium curly fry, and are clearly pissed at you for ordering at night. A little tip to the employees, if you're open, customers are going to want to order. Do not work night shift at a fast food chain if you're going to be lazy and rude. This place just needs to be shut down, or replace the entire night shift staff. You'll have better luck at McDonald's a few blocks down the road. read more

I came in with my room-mate at about 10am this morning. He was getting some breakfast sandwiches and I was getting some breakfast burritos. The hispanic woman working the till' this morning didn't seem to understand simple english, and I mean really simple. He had to tell her 5 times (and i'm not joking here folks), "Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit. Not sausage..Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. 3 of these please. Not 1, not 2, not 4 or 5, but 3." She responded with "So just the 1?" Ugh, are you friggin kidding me here? Then when it came to me she understood me no problem, but not my room-mate? Then when it came time to get my order it took them 20 minutes for 3 breakfast burritos. Yeah, 20 minutes. Then they tried to tell me that I said it was 'for here.' No I didn't, I clearly said 'To go.' I'm in a rush to get back home and finish homework for an otherwise busy schedule with my college, why would I ask to eat inside their establishment that clearly has dirty floors, dirty table-tops, water all over the floor that isn't mopped up (yeah I nearly fell on my face from slipping. Thanks for that, employees). This place is a disaster. It should be torn down to make way for Chick-fil-a, which we still haven't received here in Covington yet. read more

The white woman who works at this jack in the box was extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work in a customer facing role with that nasty attitude of hers. My friend and I sat at the drive thru for 10 min with no response and decided to pull up to the window assuming the system was down. We were then faced with an extremely rude woman who yelled at us and told us we should've waited a bit longer and proceeded to say that she refused us service and slammed the windows shut. I was appalled and decided to wait for her to return and ask her why she would refuse us service she then proceeded to threaten us and said she was calling the police again I asked why and she again slammed the windows shut. She again returned a third time this time apologizing for "being rude and yelling at us for no reason" and stated that she had not gotten a lot of sleep last night and was prepared to take our order. I let her know that I didn't want her service and asked for her name so I could complain to the higher ups and she said leave and again slammed the window shut. Word of advice jack in the box? Hire people who aren't rude and disrespectful! I'm still unsure of why she refused us service and the first thing that comes to mind would be discrimination as we were two black women who were told that we were refused service for no good reason. Never coming back to this jack in the box ever again and I will be filing a complaint in the morning read more
