I went to this location today 8/16/23 with my boyfriend and a couple of his younger cousins 14-18 . We all order food sat down to eat mid way me and our youngest cousin (14) needed refills but the soda machine in the dinning area was not working , not thinking anything of it our youngest cousin waits in line alone to ask the man at the register if he could fill our cups . She comes back and proceeds to tell us how the man at the register was asking her who the guys she came with ( her cousin and brother ) were and if one was her boyfriend or if she had a boyfriend because she had " such a beautiful face " !!???!!! This obviously made her super uncomfortable so uncomfortable she left our cups on the counter and walked away . I couldn't help but say something and ask this grown man maybe late 40s Early 50s if he likes making little girls uncomfortable & why he felt the need to ask a child inappropriate question when alone ?? He began to stutter and say sorry , his name is Juan he seems to me a manager of some sort so there was no point in complaining at the location so I will be calling corporate reporting how they have an employee who preys on kids working at their facility! Three Words: Horrible Customer Service. Went there to get some breakfast this morning. I ordered my usual Chicken Sandwich but the patty was very thin. I am no engineer here but it was not even 5 mm thick. I was disappointed and asked the lady whether it was the regular sandwich... Now, I must say I only ever really eat the fries when ever I go to Jack in the Box, so this place was great not a soggy fry or weird looking ones in the bunch.. I can't really write a review on the rest of the food, so i'll leave that to my fellow yelpers but i will say that the fries were amazing.... Extremely poor customer service. I called ahead to make sure I could still order because I don't like ordering right before closing. When I arrived they denied me of my order and one employee gave me the middle finger. I will never go there again. They need much better employees before I even consider going back (NOT likely). The employees here are simply rude, unfriendly and loud. Cashier stood glaring from the register, never greeted me, or said anything. After a minute of awkward silence I asked if I could order. She replied, "yay, you came in here didn't you, what you want". I ordered, she didn't say thank you and when I said thank you to her she replied, "yay". Left me food on the counter and walked away. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was passing by looking for an open gas station to make me a hot coffee and couldn't find one. I came to the jack in the box cause it was the only place open and they informed me the machine had been turned off. I've been coming to this Jack in the Box since I was a kid and never had any issues. Just recently though at the fast-food window I would run into an employee named Victor. Honestly, Victor is probably the best employee J-Box has had. He's funny, asks about my day, gets the order out fast, and gets my long-ass orders right every time. read more

I definitely do not recommend this place, they put drive through orders first and ignore the walk-in customer horrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes and no one took my order. After a few more successful breakfast sandwich experiences, we struck gold here ordering take-put for 8 non-fast-food eaters during extended Stanley Cup playoffs overtime. The reviews amongst the group were raving -- as no one expected anything positive from Jack in the Box. Burgers contained visible amounts of quality tasting beef, and best of all, the 'feast' cost a paltry total of $60.
