Case in point: one time the Jr Jumbo Jack was near perfect, the next time they pulled the old Wendys/Sonic goof by wrapping up a burger that doesn't align properly. Seriously, HOW HARD IS IT TO ALIGN THE BUNS PROPERLY so half of the lettuce and dressing doesn't end up outside the burger in the wrapper?? Are teenagers today THAT careless? Another gripe - sometimes the breakfast combos are hot, sometimes they are barely lukewarm. Nothing like cold hashbrowns to make your day. Same goes for lukewarm chicken nuggets. The staff here is very sweet, however, their food is a different story. It's very hit or miss. I've had really good chicken sandwiches here and others that were completely chewy and inedible. They usually don't put any cheese on my tacos. On their picture it's a massive cheese slice and it's always ..., not there ...... paying 2$ for fake meat, cheese, and lettuce, it's only 3 ingredients idk how the cheese is never on the tacos. I'm gonna have to put my own cheese on this because this just looks completely inedible and unappealing. It's confirmed. And quick for the most part - however you can only use gift card at their store, not online which is also really dumb and bad service imo. I just wish people would slow down and make sure everything that's supposed to be on an item they sell is actually on it. Had ordered at the wrong location . They wouldn't just give me the food but made me reorder and recharge me for the same order. Ridiculous ik corp is refunding my money but I shouldn't have had to pay twice . They should have honored my order. They also still take ages to make anything at this location . Hate to do this but it has to be said. The younger man who works there at every night shift (maybe late 20s early 30s, tall African American gentleman) is consistently rude. It's gotten to the point where i have literal anxiety going there. It's not that difficult to be even slightly friendly. I've been visiting this location for two years. It's by far the best JITB I've been to. The food is always hot and tasty. Any issues with my order are resolved promptly and without a problem. The staff is always on point, and the management deserves recognition. That goes double for the manager Sandra. I've witnessed her conducting business with her crew in high stress moments on many occasions. She operates like Tom Brady in the pocket. I also want to say I appreciate the military discount that is offered. And I would rate the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger favorably against any big box competitor in the same class. My neighborhood Jack in the Box. A lot of people have had issues with this place, but I've never encountered any of those issues. My food has always been fresh and good. I have a gold card that supports a local High school football team that gives you free tacos and I've also never had issues with them denying it or making faces. The staff has always been great with customer service. I'm usually very observant and when I eat there, I see their mannerism and how they treat people and I've never seen anything bad. It was midnight. Craved something greasy and far from healthy. Jack In The Box panko onion rings and their jalapeño poppers are a go to ... except it was burnt... I make this mistake often myself, underestimate the "wellness" or done-factor of a food item only to keep continuing cooking after being removed from the heat and it in turn ends up being overly done or burnt. What a bummer... Human error is expected. How a business handles their mistake says a lot about the integrity of their staff. I appreciated their working with us on fixing the mistake and despite how inconvenient it was to get home with a late night craving for fried food, only to see it burnt and almost inedible, after calling their restaurant they asked us to return and speak to Ilse about the mishap and they did apologize. Friendly and professional, Ilse immediately addressed their timer for the panko onion rings and now I'm sure they've remedied the problem. This definitely won't keep me from returning in the future, but all the more I appreciate their professionalism and politeness to ensure that I left feeling content despite the mishap. Ilse was kind enough to replace my panko onion ring order along with curly fries and a soda for the inconvenience. I know I know, it's fast food. Nothing fancy. Yet it's so rare to find people, staff especially, who do their best to make sure customers leave content with their visit. I've made calls before to other fast food restaurants after catching a mistake on my order and sometimes I get that flippant tone or attitude, sometimes I get the respectful and apologetic response.
