Would never eat here again.... About 3 weeks ago I ordered a special that came with a drink fires a burger and 2 tacos called the big deal. I left withought checking the bag and the tacos were missing got to admit it was my fault for not checking also but I was on hurry back to work from lunch. I called spoke to a manger she said she wrote my name down to go back after I get out of work to get my tacos. I get off work go take my receipt and tell the girl in the front I called about the tacos she checked to see if my name was written down and it wasn't the good thing is I remembered the managers name I spoke to so the girl tells manager on duty the situation and the manager on duty tells her to give me those tacos that have been sitting there for a while in Spanish obviously the manager didn't notice me bc she was to busy eating in the cooking area in stead of the brake room or the dining area and dint know I spoke Spanish also so I responded back in Spanish and told her she can keep her tacos that I use to wark for jack in the box which I did and I would call the corporate office and report her and so I did. This is the thing when you order from jack in The box always ask for your food fresh no matter what and always treat the people when you order food in the drive-thru nice bc I seen what people do to peoples food and you always need to remember there the ones who make your food. read more

Hispanic employee at drive-thru was given specific order which contained at 2 for 12 coupon for buttery chicken sandwich with bacon and everything instead she put that it was a spicy chicken sandwich as simple as it sounds and then made all these gestures when I gave her the coupon dad said that specific order that I ordered on the intercom and try to tell her co-workers that I ordered a spicy chicken when in fact that wasn't true. I was sitting there when I heard her co-workers spoke in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish that I'm a bilingual. She went on to say that I ordered a spicy chicken that it was my fault then the co-worker comes and says we're going to do it for you this time but only this time I get my order everything's wrong she didn't give me what I asked for if you told the guys in the kitchen don't make nothing just give it to him like that. She hasn't my drink in a rude manner drops a drink still hand it to me without wiping it down. Now I get home to order incorrect I'm missing stuff and plus they treated me real real badly. I can't believe as a paying customer they wouldn't at least go to the extent to give me the right order after speaking in Spanish and making gestures right in front of me and my wife. Poisonous if you don't know how to take an order don't take the drive-through do not take the drive-through you don't know what you're doing you're not smart you're not a people person and you're doing right. This light skin girl with glasses medium built it's the worst I hope she gets fired and never gets hired at another fast food or customer service area. I know it's Jack in the Box but spending $30 for for a bunch of nonsense. They should watch themselves next time they speak in another language in front of customers. We will visited that Jack-In-The-Box location sometimes, but it is a shame to us because the Cabrillo Students are coming to that location to ordered some food. It is doubtful to us. I was ordered a greasy Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger with some fries and soft drink, but they are too greasy and unhealthy to me. My mom orders some two monster tacos to eat something, but she was disgusting to the food. The customer service was so faster and the managers and employees are good service to us. The public restrooms are seriously filthy and ugly because the restrooms are vandalized and the toilet seat and dispensers are really scratched with graffiti, right? Are we going to that location again? We won't going to the location anymore because the location is so disgusting and the food was so greasy. read more

I live right down the street over the bridge and off of Golden. This location is by far the worst! It sucks because I always give it another chance & the workers always f**k it up! 1.) Whenever you go to a "customer service based business" you expect to receive customer service! The employees are always so damn rude not willing to help at all. They basically give you a verbal "middle finger to the face & an oh well not my problem attitude." 2.) They never get the damn orders right. Like for example today I wanted a breakfast sandwich combo with egg but my boyfriend wanted the free sandwich it comes with (used a coupon) without egg how do we get our order both with no egg?! Morons took it that's how! Can't even tell you who took it because we didn't get a receipt. 3.) Going back to 1 & 2, the only people competent enough to help or take our order was a female manager I've seen there maybe twice, but most memorably once. I had a coupon that didn't have the code on it so the employee just kept giving me attitude saying she couldn't take it and that it needs the code, even though I had explained to her that one of the employees previously ripped the other coupon off along with that code when I used it last time. So putting up with her attitude I asked if I could speak with a Manager then. She rudely and abruptly walked off after I asked. Thinking she was ignoring me since she didn't reply to me, I said, "Excuse me can I speak with your Manager?!" She turned to me really quickly & said, "YA I'M GETTING HER!" Like really? Okay little b***h, I see how you work. You're not going to acknowledge me, just walk away? Poor customer service like I said. Finally the Manager comes over & helps me, she punches in her code & there was no further problem. Point being, this location needs to hire hard working employees like the Manager herself is, not some punks off the streets who are still going to high school acting like thugs. First I just want to say I think it was hilarious that Steven B. Thought this was a Carl's Jr. but my experience was terrible today. Some might say criminal. But earlier today I went in and I like to people watch while I sit in line. I noticed the two cars in front of me used card I get to the window I give my card and she said their system is down then she asked if I had cash I said no she gives me my card and I pull off with no food. The lady I wait for the lady behind me to get her stuff and leave and then I stopped and asked her if she paid with card and she said yes. Just checked my account and sure enough Jack in the box took money from my account. Just a little odd that the person receiving the money is different from the cashier who's taking the order. Sad that the cashier felt the need to try and steal just under $9 from another human. If you need more money get a better job than Jack in the box. I'm here to talk about the girls that work here. Well specifically one, I didn't get her name but she's a skinny girl. She doesn't not know how to take direction. Lol I told her EXTRA salt. She even repeated what I said before she confirmed my order. I received my fries with no salt at all. Oh yeah no burgers were available because grill is broken. Anyways I told them that my fries have no salt and I want extra salt. I received my fries exactly how it was made the first time. Bullshit lol also my coke was just fizzy water with a slight tint of brown. Now, I buy chicken sandwiches for a dollar because they're so good. Customer service is the best. They have clean bathroom whenever I'm there and the food is always ready fast.
