Just went here for my friend's birthday and they said that they don't give out anything for anyone's birthday, that it had been years since they did that. It is advertised that you get a free slice of birthday cake if it's your birthday, but they said you have to get a coupon and that you have to get online to get one, but they did not know how to do it. The food is almost always out at a decent time, usually when it gets busy things are a bit slow, but overall you get your food quickly. I NEVER make time to do a Yelp review but this one takes the crown for most disgusting. I hope that an employee or the manager reads this because clearly no one answers the phone either & I couldn't get in contact with the actual store to let them know about their disgusting hygiene & work habits. So I postmates ordered a simple order 3 tacos and 2 small curly fries. First, they didn't put an order of curly fries but gave us two EXTRA tacos instead. Not sure if that was cause they were out orrrr a simple mistake, either way postmates orders should always be checked twice. I know cause I work at Starbucks and we do the same. Anyways, so I proceeded to eat the tacos but I notice the wrapper is like completely stuck to the taco, like to the point that i couldn't eat it in one piece unless I'm willing to eat paper. Clearly not fresh. So when I pull the taco apart from the paper, I notice a long ass disgusting hair deep inside the taco. The hair was SO long and clearly NOT mine because I am NOT half blonde and I have a short bob. Anyways, whatever employee that works there that has an ombré style hair needs to put that shit in a bun or buy a hairnet. Or needs to be fired!! No excuse for that. As far as JITB goes, the food is worth the price. The location is convenient and easy to access. Having said that, management really needs a shakeup. The manager, or person in charge, just stood by counting the drawer when someone went up with a mistake with their order, instead of asking if there was anything someone could help with. Oh, don't ask for a refill on your beverage because you only get one drink. The Coke Freestyle machine is either broken or locked, so you have to order your drink when ordering. I used to enjoy this location, however, lately this place has gone down in service. If you do stop by, go thru the drive thru, not inside. Hands down the worst Jack in the box experience I've ever had. Keep in mind, I'm taking into account that: Yes, it's a fast food restaurant. Expectations should never be that high. It's quick, cheap food. Let me explain. I walked into this Jack in the Box location looking for a quick bite while I run some errands. The cashier takes my order. I order the #26, Loaded Breakfast Sandwich combo. I was the only one waiting for food but it took 10 minutes. I wasn't mad, I wasn't in a rush. It was my day off. When the food finally came, I inspect it and come to find, this is a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. I tell the cashier, this is not what I ordered. I ordered #26. He told me the screen said #25. I don't think he understood that he put the order in wrong. I voiced my frustration by telling him, this is not what I wanted and what I told you at the register. He just kept saying, No! It is 25. The price difference is maybe like $.50. I'm not broke, I would've paid the difference but this customer service representative did not want to fix his, excuse my French, fuck up. Needless to say.. I ate the subpar breakfast sandwich with one piece of bacon (not one whole strip, just one piece of bacon) The management here needs to really figure out what's going on with their staff. The manager Fernando is a lie and cheat, last week he said Coca~Cola told them not to serve the water it was unsafe, plus they are out of cups but he could sell me a bottled water. Then today I went in for lunch and had my two taco coupon from the last visit, he told me that the numbers are no good, so I got another one from my car and when I returned from my car he is laughing with the drive up worker and then again told me that that number was also no good. I told him there is always a problem here at this Jacks when he is working and he told me to go try another Jacks, so I did and guess what my numbers worked just fine at the other jacks. Very disappointed. At 3:15 pm today the entire staff ran to the cashier desk to watch a girl trying to fight off 3 or 4 other girls who were trying to beat her outside the building. When I asked if one of them shouldn call the police the lady said usually they arrive too late. The police station is 5 minutes away from this location and the workers seemed to enjoy this act of violence a little too much. And they had about 3 cars waiting in the drive through. If they couldn't do anything to help or stop the situation they shouldn't have stopped working just to watch. While the line was a little slow, when I got to the window to receive my order I was greeted by a lady named Erika. Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. First off, used a coupon for a buttery jack. Told them when I ordered I had a coupon. They said that was fine and they would take it at the window. I pulled up and they took my card and I reached over to grab my coupon and said "oh! I had my coupon!" And then the girl at the window just rolled her eyes and called to her manager "Ugghhh!
