Regardless of that hiccup, the staff were very friendly and they were apologetic about the situation. I would come back for sure and give it another try. The Boyle heights location has always been on top of it and I've never experienced a bad visit so I wouldn't say this location is bad off of one visit. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and no one should feel uncomfortable when spending their money at a business. Because of the way we were treated, we won't be returning.
