That's the only possibility of finding something you will come back for on the regular. By the time you have a good rhythm going and regularly coming back for it, they'll take it off the menu before you get too attached to it. There's a couple of examples of that over the years, from the monster shake to the 2 for 5 croissant, and it's an upset when they take it off the menu. I just think that's gross. read more

Placed an online order and came inside at my pickup time to pick up. Waited 20 minutes with a decent line behind me only to be ignored by all staff that saw me/walked by. There was even a DoorDash guy in there trying to pick up an order and they would not help him. I then got back in my car and went through the drive thru, because I clearly wasn't getting my food inside, and waited again for 20 minutes. After the FOURTY MINUTE plus wait I finally got my food, only for it to be COLD. I initiated a refund request in their app, and was followed up with by who I assume to be either the location or area manager. She apologized for the "inconvenience" at which point I explained the situation, and asked if it would be possible to initiate a refund. I did not hear back for two days. I contacted customer service again letting them know my frustrations, and asking specifically not to talk to Viviana. Well...she called me again!!! I then received a message letting me know she could replace the food or do store credit. Still no refund, and I asked specifically to talk to a different manager. This location is decent but there is only so much you can say about any Jacks location, they all have their share of homeless people and are generally dirty in the lobby. The nice thing about this particular location is how busy it gets; especially late night as the food is generally fresh when it gets to your hands. I want to say that this was horrible but it wasn't. That said, it was far from wonderful. The dining room is far too small, and the tables are close to each other. I ended up moving from the table where my buddy sat, and sat at the counter. I ordered the Grilled Breakfast Sandwich. This is possibly my favorite item at JiTB. The combo is expensive, especially since I want Orange Juice instead of coffee. Without the combo, it was more reasonable, but of course, no potatoes.
