At 9:48pm I order a Jack spicy chicken with value fries and a 4pc chicken nuggets and a cookie ores shake and sprite and chocolate overload cake . First time very disappointed the spicy chicken is almost $8.00 and it was missing the tomatoes the cheese and mayo and on top of that you can tell the reheated the chicken rather than making it fresh it was so burnt and dark brown and the chicken nuggets were so old . This is disappointing and nasty . Yes it's fast food but we also pay a price for it . Plus doesn't the supervisor at least check what they are handing out smh . It seems that they care more about getting the food out in 3min vs knowing what they are giving out smh read more

This type of review will be a first of it's kind for me. This has nothing to do with the staff or the food they sell. This has to do with the the owner. You see for some reason they don't buy a new terminal to enter your pin number at the drive thru. The employees have numerous times asked me for my PIN so that they can enter it. I'm sorry I'm not going to give you my Personal Identification Number. For those of you that are willing to give up your number good luck. I know this place won't close because it lost my business, but at least someone will read it before they go and they can decide if they want to give up their pin or try somewhere else. Every time I go to Jack In The Box on V Street I never go in. I just go through drive-thru. There's a young lady there by the name of PAOLA R. Who works the drive-thru window. Every time I pull up she has a great attitude. Always polite and considerate above all. For her being so young she has mastered the art of customer service.PAOLA I think you so much for your constant and consistent hard work and dedication to all your customers. Especially me. Arrived through overnight and placed two mobile orders around a 5 minute frame. When arrived they only accepted one and said we can't make the other since they are closed down for an hour. I don't eat at a lot of fast food places since taking up a new healthy lifestyle but the family wanted something quick and simple since we didn't eat breakfast. As the driver I opted not to get anything and wait to find something else but their meals looked so delicious! The customer service was nice and friendly. I'm always impressed on how fast the food gets served up by the time we pull up to the window! They do offer low calorie options if you are trying to watch your waistline. This location is conveniently located off the 99 so if you or your family is having a hunger attack like mine was, this is a fast spot to grab something to eat and head back onto the road. Food super salty, staff very Rude! I have been going to this Jack in the Box for years and have never had a problem. I just went and the drive thru guy was so rude threw the food at us didn't give our drink and was annoyed when we asked. They weren't even busy to have an attitude like that!! Taco fan till I die. Give me 4 JBo's tacos and I'm a happy camper. Ranch dipping sauce? Yes please! Well this particular one gets alooooot of traffic since it's off highway 99. I like this particular one because the people are friendly, the dining area is meticulously cleaned and the bathrooms are allways well stocked. But I go here to read and study. Little secret. The dining area closes at 10PM but if you're inside, you can stay in as long as you want as long as you're quiet and do your work. It's because they have a 24 hour drive thru they don't mind. But once you leave, you can't go back in. read more

It's exceptionally clean, service is fast and friendly, and it's walking distance from my home. The staff makes you feel like family. One of my favorite fast food places in Merced. Rude asf. Ordered my food told the lady no cheese, she says "okay" and she puts TWO slices of cheese on my sandwich and throws the change at my boyfriend and my five dollar bill goes straight to the floor! RUDE customer service!!!! And I come here more often than not!! read more

The drive thru line is ridiculously slow!!! 24 minutes from the start to finish. Had to question myself on why I bothered to stay. Sadly, it's not the first time I take long at this location. Also, they close early inside so it's not like you can go in to buy your food. read more

You're probably not even going to post this review today I was feeling a little bit down so I stopped in at the Jack In The Box on V Street where I encountered 2 of the most awesome awesome women that you could ever meet. Wasn't quite sure what to order, so I took a cool minute staring at the screen and they were just as patient and kind. I normally get three egg rolls and a drink but I was a little hungry so I got the bacon potato cheddar wedge have a strawberry shake the ladies really made my day they made me smile they were friendly, the food you can fill it steaming out the bag. I pull over here to the park to enjoy my meal in the rain. And my first bite into the bacon potato cheddar wedge was like heaven it made my eyes light up my face smile every good thing that ever happened in my life all those memories just flooded into my head and came back to me like it was yesterday, it was so awesome I just couldn't believe it. Before I knew it I had gobbled them all up and and them shitz was hot to i didn't even use a for or nothing I just pick them up with my fingers and gobbled them down and lick my fingers clean LOL finger lickin good so good and so I took a sip of the shak it was so thick and juicy and just on point. It was something that you serve a king it was delicious scrumptious I'm so full I didn't even get a chance to make it to my egg rolls but this was one of the best experiences that I ever had in my life I don't know who those two women are but someone needs to turn them into robots and just make them work 24 hours on that shift because we need them in our life good service good people good food. read more

I live in Merced California and the Store on V St in Merced is the worst store I have EVER been at. I have had two scenarios where this store has actually looked for reasons NOT to serve me. The first was last month where I took my family to this location and they actually refused to serve my family and I because we had placed a $35 order and when I gave Fahm my debit card, she then asked me for ID, I was uncomfortable to give it to her so she then asked me again and I told her I felt uncomfortable showing her my ID, she then notified me that she would be unable to serve me and my family. The second instance was wen I visited the store again on April 2nd, I placed an order and and again they refused to serve my family because apparently my card wouldn't swipe which is an outright lie because I had made other purchases and it worked just fine. I asked Fahm, who was the drive thru cashier this time and the last time to manually enter my debit card into the register and she again refused to help. So I went to a nearby ATM, withdrew the cash and went back, I visited the interior of the restaurant this time and asked if they could manually enter my debit card and the woman said that the register is equipped to manually enter debit cards but they can't because apparently they could get in "serious trouble". After being heavily dissatisfied I filled out the restaurant survey and then I started recieving e-mail communication from a Shawn Wallestad who claimed to be the District Manager of the store and I am even more heavily dissatisfied with his response because so far he has NOT apoligized and instead he has justified and stuck up for Fahm and the store by saying "the store is a franchise and they can virtually do whatever they want". My plans after this is first and foremost I will redeem my two taco offer another restaurant and I will NOT ever, ever return to the V street store in Merced as my family and I have been disrespected enough, hope it was worth it.............. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT NIGHT! I used to work in food before so I don't like making reviews on places, but every single time I go there at night, it's AT LEAST a 10-15 minute wait. I went at 2:25AM 5-27-18 and waited in line JUST TO ORDER. There was only 2 cars in front of me and 2 behind me. When i got up to order it was 2:36AM. Then after ordered about 1 minute later.... I wound up not getting my food until it was 3:09AM. When I got to the window I asked, if there was ANY reason it took over 30 minutes to get my food. The guys response (Darker, Heavier set, mustache, maybe mid-20s" in exact words were, " Its a long line and apparently we're not that good right now and you're not helping out the situation by asking." Mind you I was literally giving him the money and he was giving me back my change. So apparently he just needed to be a dick. Then after all the time waiting hoping to get the food, my curly fries were ALL OVER the bag. There was only 3 in the box. And there was another 8-9 in the bag. 11-12 "(curly fries are in a medium? Then my Tacos were cold. And due to the fact I didn't want to get stuck in line for another 45-50 min to get it corrected I decided just to throw it away since the bag was soaked with Grease, And the Tacos were completely sorry. Idk how people still go at night. I'll never go at night again nor will I recommend anybody to go there at night! If I could I really would've given 0 Stars because of 1. Wait Time (with only 4 cars total myself included) 2. Customer service, 3. Quality 4. And shorting me on food (Curly Fries) so you can't even get a one star even though it says you did you only got 0! read more

Food was good; good like any other typical Jack-In-The-Box places. However the place was in the" not-so-good-part" of the town.

I had a really bad experience.the food wasn't up to par but the district manager actually called after an email complaint...I'm impressed.
