They don't clean their milkshake machine regularly. I ordered a milkshake and when the employee went to make it there was still milkshake left on the mixer stick from the previous one that was made. My husband was craving Jack in the Box after passing by this new location last night when we picked up food from Thai Village. So we went there for dinner tonight. We were so disappointed with their food. I ordered the Homestyle Chicken Ranch. The chicken was dry and hard. That chicken has been under a heat lamp for way too long and should have been tossed out long before they served it to me. Had we eaten there, I would definitely have asked for a new one especially since that burger was not cheap, at $9.58 BEFORE the up-charge for curly fries and tax. Our curly fries tasted and looked burned. My husband's Sourdough Jack was smaller than what we remembered them to be. Granted, the last time we ate at a Jack in the Box was 5 years ago. In addition, we sat at the drive-thru for such a long time we just turned off the ignition and sat there with the windows down. I tried to do the survey using the info on my receipt, but the code on my receipt is not valid. In order to do the survey online and over the phone, you need a 14 digit code. For one thing, the person taking our orders at the drive-thru wasn't even listening well enough or paying attention. We repeated our order 3 times loud & clear and she STILL could not get it right. The wait was about 15 minutes longer than it should have been. We ordered the Swiss & Bacon Buttery Jack and the Classic Buttery Jack. When we got our order, we only got back the Classic Buttery Jack and instead of the Bacon & Swiss, we got a Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. Mind you, we repeated our order 3 times... Waited 18 minutes to get my order as a walk-in. Drive-through line went around the building so I parked to avoid blocking traffic in the shopping center parking lot. By the time I got my food, there was a running conversation among the 10 people waiting in the "lobby." All tables/chairs blocked off. Bathroom blocked off. There seemed to be the opinion that the drive-through orders were filled faster. Just last week my friend video taped an employee walk in the bathroom with gloves on and walk out with the same gloves on. When he told the manger nothing was done. This morning was the first time at this location. Came here at 6:30 am hoping it wouldn't be crowded as I just wanted to get a gift card. In deed, when I pulled to the order board, there was no one in front of me. The lady prompted me to start my order. I asked to obtain a gift card and the lady responded, "Yah, one second." Didn't know what that meant. Did she want me to drive forward? Did she want me to wait there? I waited about 45 seconds, never heard any follow-up and didn't see any order show up on the digital board. A guy was also waiting behind me so I just drove forward. During this Corvo-19 pandemic it was very upseting seeing how unsanitarity this branch is. When you order at the drive thru, there is a sign saying you must wear a mask, yet the car in front of me, I could see the woman wasn't wearing one. Then when I pulled up I was shocked to watch the person packing my food without gloves and with his mask pulled down to his chin instead of covering his nose and mouth. When I brought it to the cashiers attention, he just brushed it off. I pulled my mask down to repeat how bad it is to prepare food without gloves and a mask, he told me I needed to put my mask back on or he wouldn't assist me. I went there today, Sunday, 13-Mar-2022, at 4:33am, and was told they can't take my order, or fulfill an order, because "The computers are down, and they are cleaning the kitchen." I was told it would take around 30 minutes for the computers to come back up, so return at 5am. I get they were a little busy at the time and possibly even understaffed since there was a for hire sign by the register. But i stood in line for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff that i was in line. Not even a "hello, sorry i'll be right with you" nor an apology for having me wait in line even after i had ordered. Customer service needs to be worked on seriously, again i understand that lunch time is probably busy for them but at least acknowledge that you have customers waiting in line. I went with my family tonight to get a snack. 1st) it took at least 25 min for us to get our food 2nd) the employees were fighting and swearing in the kitchen and everyone in the dining area could hear it. If I could give less than one star I would. The cashier who was a young high school girl messed up my order and it seems like everybody else's order. I didn't even get the correct food that I paid for which goes to show that the kitchen was messing stuff up tTOO. On top of everything else I had to remind her twice that she didn't give us drink cups, when we finally got our cups we couldn't figure out why the lid did not fit onto the small cup for my daughters kids meal and finally my daughter pointed out it was a coffee cup to which my daughter covered with a coffee lid.
