The area is already ghetto as it is, especially at night, but then you have the rude workers who make you kind of feel like you don't even want to eat your food anymore. Some little lady with red hair who works at night is just rude and is rude to her co-workers too. Doesn't seem like a pleasant work environment and I think I'll just go to another location and accept the extra few minutes on my commute. Never a surprise that jacks doesn't give you your proper sauces. Had a couple of orders to pick up and sauces were included in each order. And they refuse to give me the proper amount of sauces because one order already had 3 sauces. Keep in mind each order was separate. Great job jacks keep up the great work. read more

Just left this jack in the box location, 2/12/17 at 11:15om. Ordered two meals. Mine was the chicken strips combo that's almost nine dollars. I asked for curly fries and a lemonade easy ice. And the other meal was a salad with 2 extra pieces of crispy chicken. We also ordered 2 cheesecakes as well. I get home and my chicken strips meal wasn't complete. My curly fries were missing. I tried calling the location 3 times but seems they have their phone off the hook around this time. I would drive back but having work early, it's not worth it. I will be contacting a manager tomorrow morning about this issue because it's not the first time it happens. read more

This place works to the best of their ability. Genuine people, genuine service. Once they know who you are, they start to ask you about your day or how you are doing. Food is fresh and cooked to order. Never been disappointed here and my mom loves the employees here. Morning people are peppy and get you going with their great attitude. They handle rude customers with polite attitudes and still manage to server others with a smile on their face. Too bad they are only paid minimum wage, they deserve far more than that for dealing with assholes, creeps, and bitter people who have nothing better to do with their life but scream at fast food workers. Almost every time I come to this location they always mess up my order, even when they're not busy. I just went in the drive thru tonight to get two chicken teriyaki bowls without chicken (extra sauce on the side) and a large order of fries. They end up giving me my bowls with the chicken still in them and gave a regular amount of sauce and completely forget my fries. This has to be the worst order yet.
