I wanted to give kudos to the Moreno Beach Jack in the Box. I have been getting breakfast here for my family for a year and they have never missed a beat. Service is EXCEPTIONAL, to the point the manager or other worker met me before I drove away to give me an item that was missed. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. My grandkids prefer there breakfast to any other restaurant in the area. And I am always given alternatives in my combos. read more

Went to the drive thru this morning. What a disappointment! I ordered a sausage croissant, hash brown and two tacos. The drive thru person ask me to please wait. Nobody ahead of me. After about 5 minutes I ask if she was ready? She did say sorry for the wait. Got my food and it was all cold! I never been to Jack & box and was served cold food. Hello I'm a DoorDasher, I got a order here at 12:30am. When I came to this Jack in the box there was no one here at all. Both website and store hours on the drive thru window says you guys close at 2:00am. All the lights were on and the open sign was on. There was also no sign at the drive thru saying you guys were closed. If you guys close early there should be a sign to let us know. There was another car that came as well and was honking a lot because of the same reason. He thought you were open. I don't recommend coming to this place especially at night because of the non information they gave indicating they were closed, when everything was one even the open sign. read more

Jack-in-the-Box I came here the day after Thanksgiving order the chatter burger combo when I drove all that halfway to my destination cracked the burger open to eat it it was hard as a rock I took one bite and decided oh no I can't eat face I pay my money this burger should be right I came back through the drive-through to expressed my concern the employee was very nonchalant offered to make me a new burger I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back for a burger that they messed up in the first place and was told note they could not compensate I asked for manager they said there was no manager on staff I don't believe that to be true but that's horrible customer service when you issue out food that is not up to standard you should offer compensation to your customer for the inconvenience that's good customer service I'll order of fries and dessert or something of that nature the same thing Del taco did when they messed up an order of mine before needless to say the customer service sucks I will not patronize this location again read more

Popped in for a double cheeseburger, strawberry shake, and the new nacho tiny tacos. Shake machine was "out", so I switched to a fountain beverage. Go to the machine and everything is out except for orange soda, so I go back to the counter and ask for a bottle of water instead, which I did receive. However, I got home and found that I was given regular tiny tacos instead of the nacho ones. Yeah, not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but they really need to pick up their game if customer service is important. read more

The food is normal Jack food but their soda is always flat or just plain club soda. I have never been there and had a fountain drink that taste good. I usually get iced tea because they do not know how to keep the syrup/ club soda ratios level. But the service is very quick. read more

The night crew here is horrible. They reuse alot of the daytime breads and meats. Nothing is EVER fresh in the evening after 4 or 5 pm. My whole meal is always cold at night. I've given to many chances, even speaking to the management does not help. They do not even seem to care. I understand it is fast food, but 1 it's not cheap anymore and 2 it should still be fresh. Just a few hours ago this Jack in the Box tried to kill my friend.... I ordered two brunch burgers one with mayo one with out, due to the reason that my friend is allergic to mayo. After the manager took the order she went with other workers and were messing around with something else. Then when my order was wrong all the manager did was yell at the worker,Gabby, to get a new one made and give me the messed up one anyway. Thank you to Gabby who fixed the order and was cool.
