One of my gym girls stopped by to drop off a 'Witch Please Shake' just for me from the CK JITB. She said it has ube in it and thought of me. Awww... how sweet!! The shake is good and definitely packs ube in every sip. There are also Oreo cookie crumbs in it. I liked it a lot except for it was a tad bit too sweet, that's my only criticism of the drink. A blonde bigger Latina lady at the drive thru working late night shift 02/10/25, had the audacity to tell me they never got my order they can't give it to me, mind you I'm showing them the order placed straight from the app no screenshot, and couldn't even give me a complimentary meal or casually hand me my order. We really put the pressure on these guys and boy did they deliver! We paid a mere $32.89 and received a perfectly accurate order of 40 tacos and 12 cheeseburgers at a warm temperature within 20 mins of placing our app order. When I think about how much I love this location, I can't help but feel like that crazy woman who married a roller coaster. I love this Jack in the Box location so much that I feel like I would consider giving it my first born son! The orders here are always fulfilled with accuracy and speed and somehow amazingly still warm when I get home. I always get a great attitude from every employee in this location! I know it's really stressful fulfilling large orders, but these team members don't let it show. Thank you for saving this mom from her own poor planning again! I want to say the young man who helped us was possibly named Seth, but for some reason the name Derek is in my head. Sorry I don't remember his name, but he was a great kid! You guys rock! My tacos weren't greasy, curly fries were hot and crispy, and my iced coffee was actually good. On top of that! Update: went back received a full refund, but the manager implied my daughter or I put it there because they don't have this kind of paper in the store. As you can see from the pictures its toilet paper and they clearly stock it in their bathrooms. I'm disgusted by finding this in the food and insulted that she insinuated I put it there. I've been eating Jack in the Box since the late 1960's and have never had inedible food until today. Sausage breakfast croissant's contents were overcooked, dried out and seemed to have been microwaved for re heating. Hash browns were very undercooked and dripping with brown grease that tasted like fryer oil should have been changed a couple days prior. The food came from drive thru and was so bad I threw it away and had frozen White Castle sliders from home freezer instead. This location needs to fire the manager and find employees that take pride in their work, as people work hard for their money and deserve to have quality food at any location. read more

This location is in my opinion the best one in Murrieta. I love always using their app because they have some killer deals on there, but even before using their app I always had good experiences here. I've never gotten an order wrong here. The workers there are always on top of their A game. The food quality? I also think this location has the best quality of Jack In The Box food in Murrieta, and honestly in a 10 mile radius. All, together me and my family ordered a double jack with just meat and cheese, a chicken burger with no tomato,2 tocos,and chicken nuggets all combos with fries and drinks, and they did not give us the double jack, the chicken burger had tomato on it, and we only got one of the fries out of four we ordered. read more

Drive-Thru review - ordered the ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER combo. I am extremely disappointed with how my soda was over filled with soda spilling out of the lid on to my lap and cup holder. Let down with cold, over salted, and stale fries. Dumb founded with the level of skill it takes to follow a recipe card when it comes to putting a burger together ? I'm not one to get on websites like this to complain. All I'll say about this one is it makes me never want to eat at a Jack in the box again. My wife and I ate in. I used the restroom room and it was so disgusting and smelled of urine and no hand towels. My wife went to the car to get wipes and I even wiped the bottom of my shoes because I didn't want to get back in our car with them. The curly fries were cold and dry and my ultimate cheese burger, which was my favorite once a Upon a time, was the worst one ever. Dry and cold. We felt like complaining and requesting everything fresh, but the staff just didn't appear to even notice we were there. My vanilla shake also was basically soft serve ice cream with whipped cream on top. This one, never again. Maybe no more Jack in the Box ever again. My husband and I just went through the drive thru and the male working the the speaker/taking orders had a hard time understanding us. As my husband tried to say "eliminate" curly fries. The male employee kept putting "lemonade" on the order screen. when asked if our order was correct..my husband repeated several times "eliminate" curly fries and the employee continues to said louder and louder......I did! it escalated very quickly (within seconds) to the point the employee over the speaker told my husband to "F...k off" and said that they would not complete our order. the miscommunication should NEVER have resulted in my husband being told to F..ck off! A simple "sir, when you get to the window and i can understand you better and we can get your order corrected" would have been much better for everyone. I have worked in the hospitality industry all of my life....and I am appalled that an employee at Jack in the Box feels he can speak to a paying customer like that and laugh and not worry about any consequences. A typical Jack in the box menu, you already know what will be offered. What sets this place apart from other chains and locations is the staff. The girls tonight were wonderful. Very polite and prompt. The location was so clean it was amazing. I also noticed that amazing interactive Coke machine that shoots out every flavor known to man.
