I don't understand how an establishment can be 24hrs yet not serve, I've come here at 2 am and today 4 am and they've told me both times they aren't serving? I just don't understand how they can preach 24hrs yet not really serve 24hrs? For people who work graveyard shifts and they want food and no where is usually open but this 24hr spot you want to go. read more

April 29 2020 around 1pm at the drive thru. Was about to place 4 Oreo shake order and at the actual order menu has the sign NO Shake and other stuff. I cant back up anymore due to cars behind me. So i end up placing a large original ice coffee instead. Came up to the drive window and the girl who took my order and told her that someone needs to put a sign before the actual ordering area and she said there is but its clearly there is no sign besides the one on the ordering speaker. 9/14/19 11:40 pm approximately I go through the drive thru, ordered a big order . I asked if everything was in the bag and I was told yes . Get home & I'm missing 3 items ! I go back , at this time it's about 12 am , I am given what I was missing and I told KIMBERLY to make my food fresh since fries were soggy as well were the onion rings. She didn't understand apparently, and asked " what " I said it's been 20 min since my food was made and now my food is cold and soggy I want it remade , she puts her hand on her forehead and does the loudest most annoyed sigh & says " we have a line " ugh I don't care ‍ then I go it's ok I'll wait she then says to go back around and shuts the window . I've always liked JITB, but what happened today makes me like them even more. His is what happened: Came here for breakfast today (yah I woke up late more like lunch really) & asked for the French Toast plate with sausage & large coffee. 3 minutes later I got my food, hot and smells good! When I took the cover off the plate I noticed there were no eggs. So I went back to the register and asked if it came with eggs--I was politely told no. Not a big deal so I asked if I could have eggs and I'll be glad to pay. The nice young lady asked to add eggs and took my plate back with the French Toast to the kitchen. Less than 2 minutes later she brought the plate to my table with a big friendly smile. I asked how much I owed and she said not to worry, it's free!!! I said whaaaaatttt? Thank you! She went back to her station again with a friendly smile! That's great customer service!!! I never experienced that from McDonalds, Burger King or Wendy's. read more

Just finally fed up with this place. It needs to go, put some other business here. Tonight was the last straw - the fryer was down. Half the time it's the shake machine, or they're out of some product. OUT OF, like ran out, of monster tacos? Ran out? Constantly wrong orders and huge lines. Bummer part is it's the only place that has an Oreo shake, so we still go once every week or two. Waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes with kids in the car, to find out the shake machine is broken - again - first 5 times shame on me. Finally sick of it, shame on you. NEGATIVE ONE STAR! This is the last time I will go to this Jack in the Box. The white chunky chick that took my order in the Drive-Thru got it wrong yet again. (3rd time that she's taken my drive-thru order)... I ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal w/milk, 2 tacos, egg rolls and chicken nugget kids meal w/soda. Well once I left the drive-thru speaker menu and pulled up to the window my order was pretty much done. Really? I even asked the white chunky chick if it was just made...her answer was yes! Isn't Jack in the boxes thing that they make your food when you order it?? Clearly my food was previously made. AND WRONG!!! I GOT A REGULAR CHEESEBURGER! Hello??! Pay the eff attention!! I also was handed the kids drink with the lid not properly on all the way and it spilled on my pants!! Handed it back to chick and asked for a napkin to wipe my jeans! GRRRRRRR!!!!! Already PISSED NOW! Fast forward to the moment when my kid opened his cheeseburger and bit into it and it had ketchup mustard and pickles on it!!! I tried calling them and they never answered their phone. Waited about a minute or two and called back yet again and nobody answered. Grabbed my things and said regular cheeseburger and drove down there and went inside and spoke with female manager. She clearly had a blank look on her face (like watever) and did absolutely nothing but offer to make a plain cheeseburger for me. No apologies, no nothing. It was truly sad that this manager clearly did not give a s*** about customer service. I even mentioned that I did not get my receipt from chunky white chick and manager did not seem to give two s****. I just ate one of the saddest tacos ever. It honestly was not just made 15 to 20 minutes ago it clearly had been sitting there for an hour or more. If it had recently been made the lettuce would have looked a bit more livelier. I wish I took a picture but I was so pissed and angered about the situation I just wanted to eat. Also I wanted to add that being that I ordered four (4) different food items that they came with three (3) napkins, none of the kids meals had a napkin in the bag but there were three napkins in my taco and egg roll bag. Alright so after an extremely labor intensive day at work I decided to grab some jack in the box since I was extremely tired. I went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken sandwich that had bacon but I specifically and clearly said "no bacon" now I make it an effort to be extremely nice to drive thru workers because I know they don't always get respect. And I own a customer service business so it just makes life easier when clients are nice. So I got my order and went home... there was bacon on it and I can not just remove the bacon due to religious reasons so I drove back and walked in and mentioned "aw man you guys are killing me, I asked for no bacon can I get another sandwich please with no bacon?" And the guy at the counter was extremely nice and obliged. Got the sandwich got in the car and something told me to check at the stop sign... I open the box and there is instead of the original two pieces of bacon there is one piece. Now I'm pissed because it's common sense and my motto is to get the job done right the first time! I went back and got another one made and kind of watched. Idk why it's hard to just do it right the first time anyways sorry for the long rant!!!! read more

unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack in The box and usually Jack in the boxes have pretty decent customer service but this location does not. As we walk in there is an employee who is mopping swapping and she continued to mop even as we stood there waiting to be helped. Then the guy who takes our order takes the order and then a few minutes later asked us if we have our receipt because he accidentally deleted our order and wants to make sure he gets it right. Then him and the other female employee were more concerned about their personal lives and what they were doing this weekend then getting us our food that took almost nine minutes for us to get our food and we were the only people in the location horrible customer service you should close your doors the chance of recovering from something so sloppy would be rare. read more

Slow......... Service. Took 2 minutes before the lady was ready to take my order of a number 5 with curly fries TO GO. Noticed a bigger group getting their most of their order after they ordered 5 minutes after me. After 20 minutes, the lady checked my receipt... 2 minutes later asked the cook to make my bacon ultimate cheeseburger... 10 minutes after that, it's ready. She upgraded my curly fries to a large, and forgot I ordered it TO GO. So I had to ask for a bag AND sauce because she forgot to ask. If you want fast food, either go through the drive through then walk in to eat it, or just don't come to this jack in the box. Almost a 40 minute wait for ONE meal. read more

My family had horrible service this evening from the employee named, kimberly, when we went through the drive through. She rushed us when ordering as if we were an inconvenience. Then when we got to the window I tried to ask about sauces for the egg rolls and chicken nuggets that were ordered I was told "No" before I could get out the words "can I. " at that point I hoped sauces were in the bag since she was rushing to get us out the line. I didn't check the bag until after we were away and parked and discovered no sauces. I then called and the person who answered sounded like the same person who then told me to bad go back through the long line and wait because they already locked the doors 10 min prior. How she treated me while ordering, receiving our food, and then on the phone was un called for and very unprofessional. Never once was I asked if we needed any sauce for my child's nuggets or egg rolls. My family and I were paying customers who were treated poorly and we will NOT be going back because of it. read more

Oakley Jack is really clean and very well staffed. As far as fast food goes its one of the better ones. Today i tried something that was beyond good The country breakfast platter is the BOMB! Try it, you won't be disaapointed! Ham, eggs, country potatoes with green peppers and sauteed onions and top it off with 3 sausage links Mmmmm! I have never received worse service than I did tonight or been blatantly dismissed as I was at this location by all three staff members the two ladies working the front along with the man up front with them I went in at about 9:45 ordered my food with a unpleasantly annoyed lady and after I ordered I tried to cheer her up by jokingly saying she smiled too much which she then told me she was sick. So I dismissed the lack of customer service quality. I paid for my food and the order didn't look right so I asked about it but she assured me it was ok. I got home to realize I was charged three meals and never got my add ons on a munchie meal I ordered when I only ordered two meals with a burger and churros on the side. So I went back and at this time it was 10:09 so the front doors were locked so I had to go through the drive through and was not greeted at the voice box but was simply asked with a unhappy tone "what can I get you." I began to explain my problem and the lady just kept interrupting asking what I was missing and not listening to me trying to explain how I was concerned with my order and once I started to go into detail she cut me off and said rudely " just come to the front window" so I did and she asked what I was missing again looking at me rolling her eyes and I started to explain again and she asked for my receipt which I told her I had thrown away in the garbage can I was looking at through the window next to the extra cup I'd left because I didn't need it. At this point as I was trying to show her and explain what my concerns and issues where she again cut me off and grabbed the food out of my hands and walked over to the other girl they made some comments to eachother. The one who took my food took my burger walked to the back came back a couple seconds later and tossed the poorly re wrapped burger back in the box. The man that was there seeming frustrated asked me what I ordered so I explained it to him as he re typed the order of what I needed and asked how much it was and he told me it was just over $20 at which point I told him I paid about $26.49 or around there so I got overcharged. and as he was doing it the frustration lady who took my food interrupted and said"I'm already taking care of his food" which then he responded with "he says he got over charged" then again asked where my receipt was which I told him and her again it was in the trash can and explained I was trying to come in to get it out to show you but the door was locked which is when they both looked at me as if I was trying to get over on them. At this point after they tried to find out where I was over charged the man at the window told the lady" just give him what ever he said was overcharged." They gave me $6 and some change the lady said sorry kinda smug then gave me my food back which by this time was cold. If corporate was easy to get ahold of I'd tell them put a wringer on these employees. Teach them about professionalism and how to at least fake like they care. I bring my family here almost every sunday. Yes, it gets crowded, but the service is almost always excellent. In particular, one of the managers, Martha, remembers our names and goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need. Jack in the box is expensive for fast food, but it's worth it. I got six tacos five chicken nuggets and a small curly fry, it should've threw a big red flag when I pulled up and the food was already ready, but it was all cold.
