I'm feeling guilty. I have 36 check in s and I'm the duchess and have never reviewed, so here I am! The problem is that I have NEVER gone inside of this location so I can only review the Drive Thru. I drive through on my way to work and here's what I like. They are fast. They are friendly. The iced tea isn't nasty and is consistently good and they almost always put the right amount of ice unlike the OTHER Jack in the Box restaurants I frequent. I go to a few other Jack in the Box restaurants on my route to work, but this one is by far the best. There is a woman in the drive thru who has a bit of a hispanic accent and she is my favorite. Super friendly and efficient. Overall, this is a great drive thru if you're needing a Jack in the Box fix. And, if you want my opinion, go with the Supreme Croissant meal and put your hash brown on your sandwich. Oh, and ask them to add mayo sauce. TRUST me. This is the best thing to eat at jack. It was 10:11 pm, I recently got out the hospital and my first craving was a Jack in the box milkshake and a munchie meal, as I went thru the drive thru and the employee was rude and yelled thru the speaker "closed". Went on September 27th, 2022 @ 6:10 pm and for whatever reason, the front was closed. There was no sign posted as to why, and I could see through the glass door there was a worker with dirty blonde hair with a black shirt and she gave me the dirtiest look, like I as the prospective customer wasn't trying to contribute to the business to where she works. What also upset me more was that there was not one car in the Drive-thru, and there were no customers, it was clearly still operational. There was no maintenance going on inside. So I just simply left because I didn't want to deal with this young woman's rude attitude. The problem I have with this location is that the dine-in is not available many times that I want to go inside and either pick-up an order when using the app or just doing a walk up order. A worker who appeared to be a manger walked right by to grab her phone that was in a pink case appeared to be a personal phone call walked to the back to never acknowledge our presence. Honestly i am writing this review because i want to really recognize this employee who works at this location. She is the BEST woman who extremely has great customer service. Despite her Spanish accent, She is extremely friendly and she is always there when i go either really late or really early at times. She greets me with a welcoming service and always asks me if my visit was great when i receive my food and because of her and her customer service, it always is. Went there today around 8 PM and the lady could barely hear me and I was yelling, I've worked at jack before so I know when it's hard to hear so I was pretty annoyed. Anyway I got my food and they need to be giving their crew shirts more often because some guys shirt was disgustingly filthy pit stains and old oil stains yuck. My fries weren't fresh. And my boyfriend said his burger meat was really dry so I'm guessing they used an old one, and my grilled chicken sandwich was super rubbery and gross. Unfreakingbelievable! The wife and I go to the drive thru EVERY SUNDAY!!! We head to the OC but since we live about a block from this JITHB, we stop here right before we get on the 60 fwy. Over the last 2 months or so, they leave the EXTRA COST CHEESE off of my wife's Jumbo Jack. So the next time I go in, I ask them to please be sure to add the cheese as we have been ripped off about 4 times already. Pretty upsetting when time after time you pay for cheese and they leave it off. Not going to go broke losing our cheese but it's the principle of the thing. Pay extra to enjoy your burger then get on the freeway only to unwrap it and they left it off. So now I have to hold up the drive line so I can check the burger before driving off. Poor people in line have to wait because the people at this JITB can't get it right. So last week, same thing. I get my bag, check the cheese and no! Wow, so I tell the little petite gal running the window and she takes it back and they slap a cold piece of cheese on it. Hey thanks! The unbelievable part, same thing this Sunday, 2 in a row. Same gal but guess it's the cook that can't get it right. Check it before driving off and no cheese, really!? So I tell the same little petite gal and she gives me a piss face look as if it is my fault. This time my 2 tacos were missing, I had 2 items that required a fork and no forks given, I asked for 2 containers of salsa and they gave me 15 packets of taco sauce. Jack in the box is my favorite place ever, but today I don't Know if this guy who i thought was the shift leader was in a bad mood or what. i order my food only to have gotten in back wrong, but i didn't mind at all because mistakes happen but when i went to take my food back to the front the guy was very rude all i told him was that i had order a number 13 and he replied with a smart remark oh they gave you egg rolls... i thought that was obvious since i order chicken nuggets for my kids and was holding a box of egg rolls. he grabbed them from me and was like ill call you when there done no i'm sorry can i get you anything, nothing he just rolled his eyes and walked away like i made the mistake. so i sat back down and had gotten up because my kids need sauces and i didn't receive my other fries so as i walked to the counter the guys grabed a box and was like here here your nuggets and walked away. what the??? i was pissed i asked for ranch and bbq sauce which he only gave me ranch i also said i never got my fries and he took a deep breath like i was bugging him. turn around and gave me some old fries in the warmer. he was like here and walked away. i had to ask the cook for a bbq sauce. i asked the cashier what the guys name one and if he was the shift leader. she said no that the manager his name is DAVID!!!!
