Just want to shoutout the manager there today. She showed incredible manager skills, and multitasked like no other. You don't see a lot of that these days especially in fast food. Food was good for as fast food should be. And the restaurant was very clean and tidy. She jumped in to help her staff, told them what needed to be done while tending to customers. An employee showed up to work half ready to go and she had them go home and come back 100% and that is something I can get behind. No shortcuts and making people accountable. We waited in a drive thru thinking only two people don't want to get the kids out this should be quick. 45 mins in the drive thru to take and make an order. Are you kidding?!! Then we get to the window and two of the guys are arguing with eachother about some personal drama. Still didn't get the order right! And there was one bag looked like guy dumped it in sauce. So when it was given to me it got all over the inside of my truck and ruined my wife's sweater as she grabbed the bags from me. We pulled over and checked the order rather than just driving off. Sure as shit it was wrong and the sauce covered bag just made it worse. I went inside to have them correct the order and the one kid gave me a cheesecake to make it better. It doesn't. Never an hour for missing tacos and wet wipes to clean the truck. Kid said "sorry man it's just these guys they don't communicate or do their job. You know how it is." No I don't. I usually don't like to bash businesses in public but I feel the need to warn other customers. This is the second time that I have been at this Jack in the box and both times was horrible service and cold food. It took 17 minutes to get my order. And I was told they were waiting on the curly fries, and they when they brought it out, they were cold, so they weren't waiting on them. The employees were standing around inside more than they were working. It's a horrible place to do business. And of course, the burger looks nothing like the burger in the picture.. never again. read more

We have a large family and went to the drive through. The person taking the order kept cutting me off while I was ordering asking "is that it?. Really rude and tries to rush us. We asked like three times for extra ranch and spicy sauce for the several orders of chicken nuggets. When we got back to the AirBnB there was Zero Sauce. The service goes way beyond bad. Double Jack had one patty, no extra bacon, no extra onion and tomatoes which were paid for. The Jumbo Jack was just as bad. All the veggies were absent.
