Ugh I have a love/hate relationship with this place! Carne asada fries without beans is my go-to and they are big so there are always leftovers. Salsa tastes great and all the locals love this place. The biggest gripe is the drive-thru. OMG this drive-thru is the worst one I've dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and just walk in. I know it's tempting to use the drive-thru, but if you're looking for fast and quick, this isn't the place. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru for my carne asada fries! People in front ordered a fair amount, but not enough to warrant a 35 minute wait. read more

Visited 10/29/2023 Sunday Morning Breakfast Parker AZ. 10/29/2023 Woke up in the mood for a light Mexican Breakfast. Ran across this little family owned Mexican Cafe in Downtown Parker. Loretta and I wasn't expecting much but figured we would give it a quick visit. Boy sometimes you just get lucky and stumble upon a gem in the rough. Not much to look at but the food was excellent. The shredded beef was some of the best flavored I've ever had. Loretta loves Flautas and ordered The Shredded Beef Flautas with Beans and Rice. I tried a bite and fell in love with them. For me I ordered The Shredded Beef Chimichanga. It was very Well done nicely seasoned and generous in portion size. To top it off the prices were very inexpensive on the entire menu. I'll be stopping here from now on whenever I'm visiting The Parker Strip. Highly Recommended. We stop here to pick up burritos just about every time we are passing through Parker. Little corner no frills restaurant with maybe 10 tables. Staff is always friendly. Affordable prices!! I like the taquitos with their salsa verde. I typically get an order of 3. Crunchy with a decent amount of shredded beef filling. Come with cheese and guacamole and you can add sour cream. I like it simple guacamole and salsa verde Burritos are big and tasty: California, or any of the breakfast burritos are really good. We have not had any gristle or fatty pieces of meat and burritos are not greasy. I have not tried any other item menus here read more

Stopped in here on our way home from the river to grab a bite. Not sure why I haven't ever stopped here. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and our good was pretty good. Not quite as good as SoCal taco shops but the prices were right. The arizona burrito was like a Cali burrito but with hash brown nuggets instead of French fries. I'll definitely stop in here again. Been eating here since they opened which must be over 25 years now and they don't disappoint. Love me my carne asada burrito...I'm a creature of habit. Wife and I used to eat one each but have got to the point of sharing one cuz they're hefty. I laugh at the clowns that say boiled in the bag Taco Bell Is better. Just say you're from SoCal and leave it at that. The exact same burrito I pay just over $10 for here is over $15 at Rilibertos in Havasu. Now there is a new place coming across the street....Filiberto's. Yea a chain of 70 restaurants opening up one in Parker.....no thanks. I will support our home grown business. read more

GONE DOWN HILL THE LAST 3 VISITS After driving 5 hours, decided to stop and grab a chorizo, egg and cheese burrito, along with 2 burritos for dinner. Since I did not want potatoes in my burritos you would think it would be freshly made, but............. the tortilla was crunchy and ice cold, like it was warmed up then put it on a cold counter for half hour, the cheese was ice cold, so cold it was still shredded and the eggs were luke warm. I was less than 10 minutes from the restaurant, going home with no where to turn around unless I wanted to do a u turn on a busy 4 lane highway. I called, she picked up the line with clean reception. Once I started talking about the burrito, all of a sudden, she could not hear me, 4 more calls, same thing she picks up and hangs up, so I waited to call until I got to Havasu, now they dont answer my calls....... This is the last time getting a cold burrito, yes it has happened before, so from now on, our parker stop will be El Sarpe. And yes I will be disputing my credit card charge because the 2 burritos I warmed up for dinner were not worth eating as well. Wish Yelp had a -star because they don't deserve 1 star. read more

Today (11/02/23) was my third time visiting this restaurant. I am not sure if I had the beans and rice before today, but I will never have them there again. The beans was like they were just spooned out of a can. The rice was cold as well.I am not sure if you guys know about DelTaco they rice and beans is 10 time better than there. I advise you to ask iff the rice and beans are straight out of a can, DO NOT GET THE BEANS AND RICE THERE. I went to the cashier and told her the rice and beans was cold, she asked me to bring my plate and they will heat them up. I had guacamole on my plate (I don't think so). We went to Blue water casino in Parker, AZ, & all of the restaurants & deli was closed by the time we got there, but I'll Yelp my experience about that lol. So we were hungry, and we needed to find something to eat & someone suggested that Rupertos is a Mexican restaurant with a drive through open 24hrs, we went service was good, clean, and plenty of seating. Suprising the food was very reasonably priced and much to choose from. My friend had the fish burrito which was awesome, I had the Arizona burrito it had carne asada with potatoes it was good, but the rice & beans were awful omg no salt or flavor whatsoever in the rice or beans so bland, and the chili salsas red & green were not any better they were very spicy hot but that's it. I gave it a 3 star due to they are open 24hrs with a drive through plus it's pretty much the only thing open in the area at 12 midnight the lady behind the register was nice, and the place was clean. I would stop in again when in the area to try other items on the menu minus the rice & beans. read more

I don't know what's happening and the last year here at Ruperto's but it just keeps getting worse Tonight I went in I ordered a bean and cheese and steak burrito and said please make it wet The little girl taking the order looked very confused she looks at me and said you want a steak burrito add bean and cheese? I said no I want the bean and cheese steak burrito that you have on your menu and she still was confused and she goes well you're talking about the burrito under the specials no I don't want to breakfast burrito that's not a breath she has no clue what her menu is first of all not trying to be mean but seriously you'd really need to learn your menu when my order came out it was incorrect The chicken torta was correct The burrito was wrapped up was not wet.
