While delays can happen, what made the situation worse was the way I was treated by Colby when I asked about my order. Instead of providing an update or showing any concern for the long wait, Colby was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. As a customer, I understand that fast food places can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. After waiting nearly an hour for an order that had already been placed online, and said should have taken 15 minutes... ended up taking 50 minutes and I expected at least a courteous response. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Colby had stated that all the drive thru orders were getting taken care of first and then itll be mine since i placed the orders online. I even purposely went inside to pick my order up, instead of the drive thru so that it would be faster... turns out it absolutely wasn't. I hope managements addresses these concerns so that others customers do NOT have a similar experience.
