Food wasn't fresh, burger and fries seemed like they sat out for a while before being served the shake was good tho

Ordered several items in drive-thru; 3 egg rolls, double bacon smashburger, curly fries, and buffalo boneless wings. First off, i did not get a bacon smashburger, they gave me a double cheeseburger (which is highly irretating since the burger i ordered was around $11 and i didnt get it). Secondly, I thought surely they cannot mess up the staple egg rolls, yet low and behold they did. The egg rolls were under cooked, I am actually scared to even eat them. The curly fries were not warm, and the buffalo chicken wings were haphazardly thrown in the box with a little sauce, some pieces had NO sauce on them. The ones that did have proper sauce, were mushy, not crispy at all and again not warm. I have been going to this location off and on for several years, this is BY far the WORST jack in the box experience. Terrible food, lackluster effort in quality. It will be my last time. read more

I stopped in on Saturday after making a run to the waste transfer station ( dump) near by to get a large order to take back to my crew helping me. i walked in and noticed the sign saying " No public restrooms" i didn' t really think that much about it until after i placed my order and asked to be let into the restroom to wash my hands ( i had just been to dump!) .. she said Austin the Manager would not allow. i was shocked.. i understand no public restrooms but i was a paying customer ( i just placed a $100 order). I dont even think this is kosher with the health board. To make matters worse I ordered 6 smashed jacks .. the menu on wall said each burger was $8.69 but the register rang up $9.99 .. the worker said oh ya.. they haven't changed the board yet.. that's what they cost now. there is no way of seeing what you are being charged for. i had to ask for a receipt. i get there are a lot of homeless in the area and im sure that makes things difficult.. but come on you are running a business read more

The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves and the management happening here.. The woman running the drive-through spoke broken English at best and did not know what the items on the menu were called, nor what their prices were, so she eventually told me to pull around to the window. And once I got to the window, she admitted that her headset was broken and she couldn't really hear me either. She also didn't know if any additional options like adding onion to a sandwich were available. She then proceeded to quote me the wrong price for the two items I ordered, and asked me to pull around and wait for my food, even though the lobby was empty and so was the drive-through. It took them 9 minutes to bring my food. While waiting I watched an employee use a dry rag to wipe down the windows and doors, slightly smearing some of the handprints but definitely not removing or actually cleaning anything. The best part of the whole experience was the food, and given that it's Jack-in-the-Box, even that was typically underwhelming, but I accept that part of it. I knew that was the case coming in. the rest of this nonsense was all just added headache to what is already a mediocre product. Bottom line, I write this in the sincere hope that no one else unknowingly stumbles into this laughably pathetic catastrophe of a restaurant! Do us all a favor and just shut it down. read more

Came here on a Friday night and got in line at 11:00. Around 11:15 I was next in line but the car in front of me just sat there.... Then at 11:30, the person on the speaker said "Okay, come to the window". They then proceeded to tell me they were closed... Normally, I wouldn't review a fast-food restaurant but this was the worst one I've ever been to. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, which is completely ridiculous, but we couldn't back out since there was a car behind us. We finally ordered and the food wasn't even fresh. While sitting in the parking lot to eat, I watched multiple cars back out of the drive through due to the long wait and watched a man try to go inside to order because he was on a bike, and the doors were locked at 1pm! I never leave reviews but yesterday my family and I had a horrible experience at this location. Wednesday august 7, 2024 at 2 pm so you guys can know the employees that were there at that time. We walked in and they had us waiting for almost 25 mins to take our order. Their was a Hispanic male that was working and starring at us knowing that we were waiting and instead of taking our order he calls the guy that supposed to be in the register outside and tells him to come and helps us. The guy from the register had us waiting another time. He comes back with an attitude we placed our order and he doesn't even let us even choose the size of our combos he literally chooses large for Al of us. We were missing a burger I go back to the register he gives me attitude back and says here is your burger kinda throws at me plus the burgers weren't even cooked right. My mom ask if she can use the restroom if they can unlocked the door for her and they literally ignore her. I'm just gonna say that if you don't like your job then why don't you just go and look for something else all of them treated us with an attitude. Cheap prices for cheap food. You could tell the tacos were frozen and just warmed up. They also put sliced cheese instead of shredded cheese on them. They weren't tasty at all. I also got a salad which wasn't too bad. The grilled chicken it came with was kind of rubbery though. They also didn't tell me the kind of dressings they had. If Yelp could start putting negative ratings, that would be an easier explanation to my, as well as everyone's review here apparently about their experience. First of all, SHARLEEN needs to put her attitude in check. As busy as it was, it was uncalled for to be giving me and my friends attitude. She had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Out of the fast food places I have been too in Portland, this has to be the best. It is a bit on the slow side, but the food is fairly fresh and very tasty, especially some of their breakfast items. The Ultimate Breakfast sandwich and the Sausage Supreme sandwiches are excellent, unfortunately, their hashbrowns are not that good. The regular burgers are really good and I love their curly fries. And if you get a large soda, it is basically a liter *lol*. Also, since their food is actually pretty fresh, it takes longer to get your order, but if you go in expecting that, it isn't too bad. I would rather wait a couple minutes and get some good fresh food than a crappy old muffin or biscuit that has been sitting out for a couple hours, All in all a nice place to get some fast food and a helluva lot better than McDonalds read more

I could not believe how rude the window person was at this store. I come her often as I'm in the service industry and close most nights. I usually hungry and stop here for something.
