Drive thru svc is horrid. If you don't have 20+ minutes available to sit and wait for simple 1 burger and fried order, go somewhere else. You'll probably spend less time driving elsewhere, waiting, and returning to this side of town; than you would spend waiting here. Oh they are quick to come take your money when you pull up to the window. But once they have that? Fast Food drive thru turn around, unless it's some kind of special order, no more than 3 minutes per car. If you are 3rd in line, you should be out, inside of 9 minutes of placing your order. Instead, I was 3rd in line, and 15 minutes later I drove past the window, when the car in front of me (the 2nd car) finally got their order. Shouldn't even get 1. Went through drive thru. We ordered 2 meals and a side salad. 1 meal was wrong so had to go back in. Then go to eat my salad which is also now wrong but apon closer inspection before opening the lid I see a FLY!! Buzzing around in the bowl. I was so grossed out I asked for a complete refund. Husband had already ate his sandwich of course so she wouldn't refund that which is ludicrous in my mind with something like that the manager should have been so apologetic and wanted to refund all of it but nope. I work nearby, so I have been coming to this location, off and on, for about 6 years, when I don't bring my own lunch. The drive through situation could use a lot of improvement with speed. I realize that this particular store, is centrally located near the county offices, hospitals, court house, etc..so they probably have a lot of people having lunch at noon, and converging on Jack because it's quick and inexpensive. However lately it's been 25 to 30 minute waits in the drive through. Also, there seems to be an abundance of bums hanging out in the parking lot panhandling, and knocking on car windows. Jack in The. Box here has slowly been going down hill. A few weeks ago they couldn't understand a plain Egg Biscuit nothing else on it. So she put cheese on it. That was ok with me everyone needs a chance to learn. I just nicely ask for him to fix it. This early afternoon I was in a hurry with my grandson who was hungry. He likes biscuits and egg. So with not looking we took our orange juice and biscuit and egg opened it up and the biscuit was burned one little piece not so the baby was happy. These are just a few incidents. Driving a semi truck as an essential worker walked over to Jack in the box to get some breakfast and they wouldn't serve us because we couldn't go through the drive-thru. They could have just easily walked out and taken our order but instead they let us walk away. Jack in the box not just this one doesn't seem to want to help people out during the Covid 19. This is not my first problem with Jack in the box but it will certainly be my last. Thankfully the guys at AMPM next door were amazing. what a disgrace Jack in the box. Contrary to others yelping this jack in the box location, i find the customer service here fast, friendly and efficient. Particularly today i was served by manager Alexa and her positive attitude, very friendly and helpful and professional service( greeted me, got my order correct, was pleasant but still performing and excelling at her job) is the epitomy of superb customer service. I give her a 13 out of 10. And to all those not happy, please try to remember people who work in retail have to serve the public which is not always easy, try to be considerate and remember sometimes people have rough days customers n employees alike, but Alexa in my opinion was a golden star and i hope corporate sees she is the future of excellent customer service. k read more

This is the closest place to have lunch. I dread having to come here when I forget my lunch. The service is so slow and the staff doesn't seem to care. I often have my food cold or wrong. They prepare food in whichever order they want. I waited in line 5 minutes today before anyone even came to the front to take orders. There are 2 managers on shift and one of them took orders after the line was already to the door. They seem to prioritize the drive through. It seems like everyone working at this specific location is completely brain dead. There are zero meals for vegetarians, not that surprising, so I ordered the cheese, egg and sausage burrito with the sausage on the side for my dog. The young man working there asked three times about the meat situation, and I told him specifically to put the sausage aside for my DOG. I'm so pissed they got the meal wrong when I gave them clear instructions! I should have followed my gut and gone to Taco Bell. The address of the Jack in the Box is 4085 Railroad Ave. We arrived at 11.35 pm when we got in line. We were the FIFTH car in line. At 11.55 they started closing lights and signs including the menu board. At 12.02am we were the next to order with one other car behind us who had just arrived and were told that they were closed. We explained that we had been there (after a long hot day working in the sun) for almost half an hour at that point. She said "sorry, closed." And walked off while we were still talking to her. When Chris is working I always know i will get quality food. Very speedy service as well. Love their friendly staff aswell especially the two girls that were working up front Liz and Jennifer.
