I live down the street from this store. Once again I was reminded why I haven't been here for over 20 years. The service is horrible. I ordered online. When I walked in there were numerous people standing around waiting for service. No one was greeted. I proceeded to the mobile pickup area still no eye contact. I felt really bad for the people waiting so I just stood in the mobile pickup area. There was a customer leaning into the counter and finally a lady pointed to the screen at the register and said order there. He looked very confused. He may not know English. She continued to walk away when I finally told her I have an online order. She finally addressed me and asked my name and got my order. I looked around for ketchup and napkins but there was no self serve counter. I did not order sauces because I assumed they had it laid out for us. Then when I asked for sauces the lady felt really annoyed. I felt the need to tell her I have 6 tacos and 3 seasoned fries among the other 6 burgers I ordered. WORST SERVICE EVER I ordered at the front counter and the cashier (who didn't look more than 14 years old) tore off the receipt in such a hurry that she left part of the receipt (with the bar code for me to log reward points in the app) in the register. I said "You didn't give me the whole receipt" and tore out the rest of the receipt. The cashier then gave me a dirty look and I said "I need this part for the reward points in the app." It would have taken one more second for her to give me the whole receipt, but then she escalating the point of her screaming at me in front of other customers. She twice screamed at me "NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR REWARD POINTS" and twice screamed at me "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE". They did offer the small, regular tacos, but they didn't have any lettuce. Now you get lettuce on your burgers, but it's a "different type of lettuce.
