The casual atmosphere is perfectly appropriate for Springdale, but the kitchen could benefit from greater attention to the ingredients and presentation of each dish, and I would have appreciated more management engagement after a concern was brought to their attention. I'm giving Oscar's three stars, primarily because of the extremely generous portions and our server, who genuinely tried her best.
