Stopped by late after work ordered online but when I got there they didn't have what I ordered so I asked for a refund and was told he couldn't give me one but instead could substitute for something else. I get home and my burger was made wrong and the tacos had no sauce on them. They also didn't have any hotsauce packets. I drove back and returned the food asked for my money back the guy insisted on trying to remake the food after about 5 times of me telling him I didn't want a remake I wanted a refund he told me that only a manager can refund orders and there was not one present. I told him I'd come back the next morning for my refund and he said there wouldn't be a manager there all day lol he then asked again if I wanted them to remake my food. Drive thru takes forever to get my food needs more employees as well Mozzarella sticks aren't fresh.

I was going to use the restroom here and as I go in the Restroom was literally filthy and No toilet paper! As I searching desperately for toilet paper I found napkins by the condiment station and as I proceed to grab them( it's completely open so you can see them make the food) I literally watch a Jack in the box worker making two burgers with they bare hands from buns, to lettuce and the dang patty !!!!! Like no gloves at all ! I was very shock and sick to my stomach this is a health violation and someone needs to look into these workers this is absolutely disgusting. They always seem to not have ice cream to make shakes!! But when I pulled up to the window I see a worker making herself a shake. And since my windows are tinted she couldn't see that I saw her, and what made me even more mad, is the fact that she looked back to see if I was watching her. The worst Jack in the Box in the entire city. It literally takes about 10-20 minutes to get your food. And hopefully they give you the right food and it's good. I go here on and off for food since I work near by. Every single time I order a breakfast sandwich it's burnt. Tonight I ordered the chicken nugget combo. Went back to work and noticed they put my nuggets in a burger box. Ok, odd. But no. Inside this box was a small weird pile of curly fries with cheese covering them. So I went back. I'm still waiting in line to get to the window. Been about 8 minutes now. And my lunch break is way over. So I finally get to the window and the guy is like: chicken nuggets. We forgot. I mean. I am a very dissatisfied customer of jack in the box especially the one on Fredericksburg rd in San Antonio, Texas where I had the worst experience of my life. I went to order a chicken wrap and when I tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill they told me they didn't have change and slammed the window on me. I went back after getting change and ordered again. When I got to the window the same employee told me that he was going to ask me if I wanted anything else but I drove off too soon so therefore he had the right to refuse service and was not going to serve me then said have a blessed day and slammed the window on me again. I reported him and a man by the name of Roy that was supposedly the district manager told me he would send me coupons for the inconvenience but never received them. Tried reaching him and was ignored. I will never go to a jack in the box again. I had had several other bad experiences there before but overlooked it. Never again. read more

My daughter worked here for 3 days on her 3rd day she was left here with no management and 1 new cook . Called managers for help and no manager came to help her . She could not clock in because she had no manager card. She worked on 6/11to 6/13/2019. Manager told her she'd mail her check when all along she had a check for her at the store but for 1 day. I've been in management for 20 years and we never leave new people to work alone, this is why she most likely has a big turn over. I had to go myself to get her check. Cashier told me to make sure all her hours were in because she takes their hours off, they never get paid their full hours. So I will be reporting this to the Department of labor as well! There's kids that don't know any better and there's people that need their job and don't say anything because they do not want to be terminated. read more

Took 45mims to hand me my food. You all served everyone else that was before me and after me. I watch people come and go. And I sat there. A Spanish speaking lady took my recite and never came back I had to go up there and see what the deal was. And then they didn't even know what I ordered was trying to give me the wrong order. My food was all sloppy and my curly fries were soggy. I don't have me recite to call and complain. Even thought I got s cheesecake for free that don't help that it took y'all this long to bring me my food and at that it was sloppy and soggy. And your soda machine don't even work.
