I come here occasionally when I'm inside of Monica. They don't carry the original Jack in the Box formula anymore. You order a chicken teriyaki bowl and they give you some kind of Indian sauce on it. You ask for the teriyaki sauce that goes with it. We don't have it. You get a shake and the straws fall apart. They give you a wooden spoon. They're buying inferior products and representing it as Jack in the Box product. It's not the same. I have a complaint about this. The teriyaki bowl was lousy, not the same. No teriyaki sauce. I've been traveling to this area every week for a month due to a weekly dr appt at UCLA. we have lunch there every time afterwards. They are very nice. Got my food in 3 minutes. But 1 star down for egg shells in my sandwich, it's a common mistake, the sandwich felt crunchy when it shouldn't, but I didn't the actual eggshells, so either it is eggshells, or the eggs are a little burned, or something it shouldn't have been there. read more

But, I was fearful to eat the cold hardened food as I might get sick so I threw it away. We stopped by here on the way home because the kids wanted chicken nuggets. It's a very wet night so we went to the drive through which was a little backed up. We ordered a 20 piece nuggets, a jr jack and some jalapeño poppers. The line seemed to be taking longer than expected. We finally get to the window, pay and get the order then drive away. We get home and the nuggets are no where to be found. We instead get an order of onion rings which we hate. We call the store right away and speak to the cashier who knew she made a mistake right away. We tell her the issue and we ask if they would credit us to come back another day to get it. The very rude cashier says that we must come right away to pick it up. We explain that it's pouring out and there is no way we would drive to jack at this time or take the kids out of the house. She puts us on hold to check in with her manager. She comes back and says her manager said we must back tonight. We ask to speak to him directly. His name sounded like "jello", he says the same thing. This is unacceptable as it was Jack in the Box's fault. He then says to come back and they would take care of us which I know is a lie as he didn't even bother to take down my name or info. I ordered the stacked bacon breakfast sandwich after reading about it and seeing promotional photos of it online. When I got home and opened it up - it did not look anything like the picture. It was very small, had two dried out, over cooked, flattened eggs on it, only a bit of bacon and practically no cheese . The bun was cold and completely dry.
