As you can see here it's $9.99 listed and they were charging me $10.88 and after tax it was well over $11 tell me how that adds up? I order at this location prior to heading in for work some days and the folks that greet you at the window are always so sweet and friendly. I unfortunately only remember one gals name, Jasmine, but there are two usual ladies and they're both kind and friendly. Received order was missing items. Calle up and Matthew was already aware an order wasn't fulfilled fully before his shift started. Was already aware when I called and wanted to make things right. Cooked up a fresh order of my missing items and apologized again for the inconvenience. The his was the first hassle free time I've experienced. Went to the drive through at 5:30 AM and waited about five minutes, with no response, before pulling up to the window, no one was there. I pulled out and saw two employees sitting in the lounge. This is the second time in a month that I've been here and no one responds when you pull into the drive through. Bummer. Terrible customer service they wouldn't give any sauces and got mad because I ordered too loud. They wouldn't take my order when I pulled up to the drive thru saying "the orders were down" but then after I talked they finally took the order. But the past few times I've gone by there at night the manager says they're closed. It's in between the hours of 1am-5am. This location is smaller compared to others. "Roosevelt," the guy who took our order, seemed very unenthusiastic. Probably because he's working on a Sunday morning. (Oh, no! Real work!) After getting our drinks, finding a clean table was impossible. They were either covered in crumbs or sticky (see photos). Tried to get napkins to clean off one of the tables, but none were out. As a matter of fact, except for drink covers and straws, no condiments nor utensils were out. (Must be a serious issue with prior theft of condiments here.) When I went back up to the register for more sugar packets for my coffee, "Roosevelt" seemed more busy stirring the fries and walking around than focusing on the waiting customers.
